Great service, they repaired multiple clothing pieces from me. Added a zipper to a pair of pants and made a seam, sowed a rip in pants that were very fragile. She ended up adding a patch underneath and made it stronger. Recommend. Price is very reasonable!

Beautiful work, I highly recommend this place. I am quite a picky person but am extremely happy with all the clothes I have gotten altered here. Melanie has a good eye for detail, is very friendly and has many years of experience.

Was told my alterations would be done Monday afternoon (already over a week). Went in on Tuesday morning and they were not done yet. Came back Thursday and was told by the extremely unpleasant man working that they only take cash or debit and that I couldn’t tap to pay either. This would have been nice to know when I dropped off my item, as I don’t carry a physical debit card or cash and now I will have to make a 3rd trip to pick up my alterations. Bad experience overall.

I brought 2 jackets to have the zippers changed at this place. They did a good job.I do recommend them for this. I'll go back with a leather jacket this time. They are very nice there also.

I have been going there for years to get my clothes altered or repaired. Always very happy with the results and the fair prices. She has managed to give me years more use out of my favorite jacket what with replacing zippers and patches and whatnot.

Brought multiple items to be altered and only got two back because she said the last one was “too complicated”. Would have loved to know in advance instead of finding out upon pickup, I would have had time to look for another seamstress and not waited a week for nothing. Also the other items were still too loose after alterations. Very expensive for the service received and bad attitude as well. If you’re offering a service to customers, please don’t complain about it the whole time. Will not be going back.

Quick and effective dry clean jobs. They did an amazing job with a puffy multicolor jacket that I had that was dry clean only that got quite muddy. Other customers, don't forget to close the double door! ;)
