This place is VERY efficient, clean and organized! Every employee I interacted with was polite and friendly. This place is actually comfy and nicely decorated for a calming experience. I was in and out in less than half an hour. Sylvie was the nurse that did my mammogram. She was funny and understanding and very lovely in general. Even though this isn’t the closest imaging place for me I will be going here for all future needs.

Margaret was amazing! I was very nervous going in but she was able to calm me down with her kind words and her professional approach. She also helped my dad a few weeks ago and did such an amazing job which is why I came here today. Also love that the whole team is very friendly and always find a way to help you out and get things done very quickly. Best experience!

I was offered an appointment the same day I called. When I arrived early, they took me right away. The office is bright and modern and the staff friendly, professional and efficient. The reception is organized based on type of scan you are getting and this keeps things moving smoothly. Reception had a question for me and they were very discreet and took me to a private area to ask instead of asking in the main reception.The technician, Sylvie, was thoughtful and had good insight into screening requirements for women. My results were provided in less than 48 hours.Scans and screenings can be stressful and the team at the Centre made the whole experience so easy. Thank You!

I had a great experience here. I saw John, the X-Ray tech, who made a not so fun experience very pleasant due to his professionalism and friendly nature. I will definitely come here for future X-ray needs.

Efficient, clean and well-maintained. I visited the place today and was very happy with the service provided. Staff was friendly and courteous. Gracie took care of me really well. Highly recommend the place.

EDIT: they replied and didn’t bother to check who I was. I was reviewing on behalf of an elder family member—which is why I wrote “our family” in my review. They stated that would “never speak to patients like that”—maybe they need to check their staff, rather than accuse their patients.Caution: uncaring and disorganized.The reception and front office is a mess. Our family had the most infuriating experience here.We had imaging which required follow up. The clinic did not notify the primary care physician and did not make an effort to call. It was only when we went a month later to the physician when they informed us the results required further testing.The morning of the follow up appointment—literally 2 hours before we were due—they cancelled the appointment.We went in the next day to grab a CD of the images to give to another clinic.The same day we came in, they had the gall to call to ask why we missed the appointment and offered an, “oh yeah! We did cancel it…”— when we informed them.No apology, no explanation.So incredibly frustrating and disorganized. Avoid.

It’s very clean and nice. They were on time with my appointment. Margaret handled my testing, she was very lovely, let me know what she was doing at every point and made sure I was fine and comfortable throughout the process. The experience was amazing.

Easy appointment booking, efficient processes, helpful staff at Toronto Imaging Ctr. Technician Diane was great — made a not-so-fun experience (mammogram) as pleasant and non-intimidating as could be! Grateful to have such fantastic medical services in Toronto!

Fast, efficient and friendly - I would use these three words to summarize my experience with this imaging facility near home. Highly recommended! I was there for a ultrasound imaging test and was done within 30-45 mins including time to register etc. wait times were reasonably short.
