The accommodations were fantastic and walkable to everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Montreal!!

It is a very cool place to stay. A short walk to everything I love about Montreal. The 2 bedroom apartment was large and well appointed. (Although I didn't watch TV each bedroom had one as well as the living area). The showers were large walk-in (the controls were a bit tricky but that is due to all the options).With our apartment you had to be either in shape or determined. It was 4 flights of stairs. But the apartment was worth every step.

Despite the daunting stairs to the 4th floor apartment, the location is unbeatable. Customer service is outstanding, going out of their way to ensure comfort and convenience. Definitely recommend!

This condo is in a great location as far as being in downtown Montreal; however, the location is not great because it shares a wall with a loud bar. This was in other people's reviews, but not disclosed in the condo's writeup. Also, undisclosed was the construction going on in the building! When we arrived there are three multi-digit codes to get through doors to the condo. The check-in instructions were not very accurate on how to enter these codes. We were able to make it work with the help of other residents. The condo was not as clean as it's pictures. There were long hairs in the towels and sheets. Many things are very dusty including the refrigerator and a fake ficus tree. Overall, it's size and location in the city make up for some of the problems. This condo is clearly in the care of a property manager and not an individual to give it more attention.

The door from the flat is shaky, meaning it looks like with a big push you can force it and there's a huge gap between the door and the floor. It's also a shame that the rooms cannot be made completely dark, as there's a pretty amount of street lighting entering the room. The city noise is not something this flat can deal with but the airco noise is just horrible?! You can barely still talk to each other. For the remaining stuff, they really need to fix a lot of things in the apartment, like the wardrobes, the bathroomdoor, the tiles, the paint. The railcurtain in the kitchen is disgusting.The service was great, they answer really quickly and everything was correct. It's also a self-checkin and out so that's handy too.We did got lost a bit the first day with the codes and where to enter, it could be visually be reinforced how to get there somehow once passed the first door. Also a note about the garbage would be great.

Nice location! Easy access with codes. Felt secure. Some of the neighbours were a little loud but can’t do much about that. I feel the bathroom could have been cleaner. Great stay!

Wonderful location in downtown Montréal. Great for family visiting college students there. Felt very safe and secure. Property management is on point with communication. Parking garage about 2 blocks, open lot parking closer. Fantastic pizza across the street. Metro also very close. Good value for location and amenities.

Really great location and really convenient. Our rooms were not ready upon arrival and we had to be the ones to contact our host to have it cleaned.Has a beautiful mix of modern and old euro feel.

Amazing place to stay if you’re in Montreal for around a week I was fortunate to stay in condo 202 apartment 1431 which is cool. There are cool codes but they send you a email for all the information. It is around a 30 second walk from Peel Metro station so if you are in Montreal for a long time with a budget come here

Amazing place to stay. We were three people and the place was spacious, clean and very cute. Centrally located and no running around to get the keys, everything is managed by codes to enter and its fantastic! We only stayed 2 nights but would have gladly made it more! The least favorite part was the 4 floors we had to walk up since there is no elevator but oh well, at least we got our steps in. Thank you , David and Stanley Court. Would highly recommend!
