The seller told be there was a 2 years warranty included with the iPhone.At the payment stage, he told differently. He suggested, I had to pay with the provided credit for the second year.Good price, just had a seller that was full of lies. Trying to force sell and misdirect the customer.

We are so impressed by the service we received from Marwen at the phone kiosk. He truly made us felt welcomed in Quebec city. Right from the beginning he was cheerful , calm and helpful despite attending back to back customers at a very busy kiosk. Marwen took extra effort to explain the plans and offers in English. I was told that call forwarding is offered with Fido ! Only to find out when I got my first bill that call forwarding is not included once the agent Aïssa re-inquired . I felt that this is misleading and Fido says that if the agent would put a note on the account then I can get free call forwarding and this was not done . No effort at all to satisfy the customer .

Great customer service from Shirin at the Laval Costco location. I ported 2 lines without any hiccups. She was very friendly and understood my exact needs. Definitely recommend her and the kiosk. Great bunch of employees. Keep up the great work. Will recommend and return in the future.

I went to Costco Laval on the 440 where I texted the number to get a place in line. When you text, they do not tell you what number you are. Only when you use the QR code. When I tried to get some info, I was told from a salesperson there that I should not waste my time if I am not ready to buy. Then 3 hours later I got a call saying that if I am not at the kiosque in two minutes, too bad. I cannot get information on the phones over the phone. His name was Isa and was extremely rude and did not volunteer any info whatsoever and hung up on me. Told me he had no time. I was so mad, went to the kiosque and another salesgirl helped me. She apologized and said would not let me leave until I was served. It was the first time I went to Costco for a phone. Usually go to Walmart all these years. Was always satisfied there. It is a situation of if it ain't broke, don't fix it. The boys at Walmart in laval, super nice, super helpful. They have a big sign at Costco, 45 dollars, 20 gigs. I only got 10 gigs. I bought the Google pixel 7pro. The girl that served me was nice in the end and knew her stuff. It was a whole ordeal.
