The Dry Cleaner - Fortinos
I brought my suit and dress shirt in for dry cleaning. I picked up my suit and shirt in the afternoon, went to the venue, and upon opening the plastic, found the entire outfit was covered in hair and lint.Owner of store argued with me saying I wore it many times to have it look like this. I even had a photo time stamped 3 hours after I picked up. Very unprofessional service and they have lost a customer.

I have taken suits, dresses and custom curtains to the Mall Rd Fortinos for the last few years. Service is always excellent. Prices are reasonable. Always ask when i need the item back. The fellow is personable and remembers his returning customers

The Dry Cleaner - Fortinos
Service was fine, clothes came back on time. BUT the one shirt that had a stain on it, which I showed the guy, did not come out. What annoyed me the most was they didn't say anything about it when we picked up, and conveniently placed that shirt behind the other in the bag so we wouldn't see till after we got home. Do not recommend.

The actual cleaning was fine, this review is regarding the customer service. I just picked up a few items I'd brought in last week. When I dropped my clothes off, they were on hangers from my closet and when I picked them up, my hangers were gone. The owner told me he'd thrown them away because there isn't room to keep extra hangers"...while pointing to a clothing rack that was nearly empty. The hangers being gone is a minor issue in and of itself
