Worst experience at ALDO. I always shop for ALDO products..this was my first time visiting this store and I had worst experience ever with the store manager. I was about to buy two handbags and asked her to give me fresh piece for each as I wanted them to gift someone. The store manager said she will go and grab from inside and told the other person on counter to process my payment. I happily paid for the two bags and then the manager comes out saying there are no fresh piece’s available. I was fine with that as well and told her to give my credit back and she was so rude and said there would be no refunds as I was in shock as in she was indirectly forcing me to buy display piece. Moreover when I said this is not acceptable and would like to complain then she was fine refunding me the amount.. first don’t false promise customers that you have fresh pieces back in storehouse and second DO NOT TAKE MONEY IN ADVANCE when you’re not sure about things.. pathetic customer service..

I rarely purchase at Aldo. Dropped by to grab a pair of heels on the go and was surprised at how almost everything was low on stock. The selection is small, and this location only had pairs that were small (size 6) or super large (size 10 and up).There were only two staff working the floor when I visited. This wasn’t the best as it was rush hour, and many were waiting for assistance. Despite the traffic, the manager took her time in helping me find a pair of heels to grab and go. Not only did she help with finding something similar to what I was hoping to get, but she also gave lots of advice on what would be comfortable vs not, what matched best and etc.Overall, I wouldn’t visit in person unless I absolutely had to. I would probably visit DSW or winners instead. Best to stick to online shopping for Aldo, If needed.

Not my favourite Aldo location. It is so small. They rarely have a good selection of accessories. It is decently clean and organized but they close earlier that other stores in the area and the staff could use some training. They rarely greet when someone walks in. Usually I have to ask for help with a size or online pick up order, and lastly, I recommend my friend purchase an item that I bought early that day and when she was at the counter completing the purchsse, she was informed of some promotion, that someone forgot to tell me about only a few hours prior. Disappinting.

I believe that a good leader makes a great team. The manager at this location should be demoted. I originally ordered a pair of shoes for my husband from the Bramalea city center location to have shipped to this heartland location. I was told my the employee at BCC that I would receive my order in time but never received an email. I called this location starting at 10am to tract my order down and if they have it in store.I called the store 3 times to give my order number and name to locate the order in store. After the 3rd attempt they were able to find it in store. It is now 4:35pm and I came to the store to pick up my order. 2 of the employees made eye contact with me but did ask me if I needed help. They continued on with their conversation and I said “sorry to interrupt your conversation. I told them I’m here for a pick up order and why am I not surprised. They need my order number and name for the 4th time. The “manager” went to the back and of course she comes back to tell me they don’t have my order and has the audacity to tell me “let me see your email” my email says in transit because I never got an email saying it was delivered which is why I called to confirm with them if they received it. After bickering with her. She went to the back again and guess what? She was able to find my order which apparently got lost in her behind. Absolutely terrible customer service. Employees like these should be working in a factory. Not with people. Zero customer service. 0%

Worst experience I had at this location.I bought shoes for buy one for full price and second pair for 40%. I called the store about the return policy because I wanna only return one pair. She indicate that we can’t return one pair of shoe because of our new system. She’s telling me to bring in both the pairs which doesn’t make sense. I have no problem bringing both pairs but I gift them to my boyfriend.Worst experience!!!

The store has wide variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly. Sam greeted with a warm smile and helped me choose a pair of shoes. The manager Nagma was very courteous and showed exemplary customer service. I will definitely visit this store again

For the people in the reviews. The one thing you all need to know is to NEVER share someone’s name without their permission. You could just simply tell them in person in a mannerly way that their behaviour might have hurt your feelings. im pretty sure everyone has a heart to respond “ I’m Sorry” … I understand the disappointment about the previous manager but you all need to respect MENTAL HEALTH issues. who knows these reviews can be all false their just customers

Extremely bad customer service.. Bad management.. One of the lady was wearing airpods and when a customer came in to pick up her order, it was like she was disturbing her.. she started replying with attitude.. then ask her collegue or manager to help the customer as she couldnt handle it anymore. Then came my turn to check out, and asked her to clean one side of the shoes I was buying. She ruined it while cleaning it then said thats all I can do else it will worsen.. Then start rudely talking to me like I did something wrong just because It was time to close. So stupid.. Honestly, never had such a bad customer service..

Worst customer service ever! Manager christine/kristin should not even be a manager as she cannot handle and resolve conflicts and arguments professionally but instead stays quiet and let her staff yell and customers and show attitude to customers. There was a salesgirl wearing airpods and telling customers she does not have time to deal with them when she is on the clock and getting paid to do so. Both the Manager and salesgirl should be fired or discipline for their behaviour and unprofessionalism.
