Waterfront Hotel Burlington

The Waterfront Hotel has improved over the past year with better front desk personnel and better trained. The rooms are cleaner and hallway carpeting has been replaced to a more modern appeal. The complimentary breakfast remains but no where to sit down as a group unless you go.back to your room. The location is right next door to Spencer park.

Great location and staff.Very big room on 5th floor!Sadly the fitness room could need a refresh and add towels. Lot’s of equipments were missing.The breakfast can be better as well! will be nice to have a buffet for both cold and warms options.

This hotel is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be let down.View never disappoints here. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Rooms are always clean and breakfast in AM is great value that's added. I prefer the rooms with the park view. Also this hotel is very conveniently located for dining and other amenities and facilities in downtown Burlington.

Rooms are run down but functional. The pool was closed while we were there and we had kids that wanted to swim. We did knowing advance. I booked my room through Expedia, but I think next time I will call the hotel and see if they will match. Not that Expedia was a bad option. I am still trying to figure out my final bill. The view was beautiful. Parking was extra and if you didn't park before the dinner rush then you were sol because there was a restaurant bar that was large and to capacity.

The hotel's service & breakfast got a lot worse than 2 years ago. The breakfast made me feel I'm staying at a motel not a hotel. I would think twice before booking here again for the room cost.

It’s a good hotel.However, the service is too horrible. Especially the girl with curly hair, whose attitude is very rude.I booked 2 rooms where I should see the lake scene, but I could see nothing but tree leaves. I went to the front desk to complaint about that. The rude girl just told me the two rooms were the best ones that she could give me.

I went to this hotel for a business conference recently. The service was great. The rooms were decent. The location was excellent! Right on the waterfront, as the name suggests. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Fantastic experience! Super friendly staff, beautiful room and the surrounding area is breathtaking. Breakfast is included, and consisted of an omelette, quiche, sausages and home fries. They also had juice, muffins and croissants that were also good. Loved staying here, and looking forward to coming back.

Stayed here for a couple of nights at the end of our Canada road trip, whilst the location and room was great, the staff appeared disinterested, almost rude especially the girl on reception, with curly hair. Also the included breakfast is a little odd and very basic. Don't ket this put you off though, as it's a good hotel, just I think short staffed. There's loads of other places to eat, so would still happily recommend, as it was a very good price.

Booked our room sometime ago as wedding was rescheduled due to Covid. Arrived on the eve of our wedding day and they had no record of our reservation. I had to go through 5 inches of wedding paperwork to show them my contract with Marquis Gardens. Desk Mgr was apologetic and pleasant. Made arrangements for early check in for wedding day guests. Day of wedding, desk clerk tried to charge my guests for early check in! His attitude was unfriendly to say the least. Our rooms were very nice but my guests were given rooms with broken window, stained carpet, cracked tubs. Very tacky! Also several were overcharged for parking.Continental breakfast offered is cheap and the bare minimum at best. No fresh pastries or fruit - just cheap, packaged goods.Was not even provided with a cheap bottle of wine for our wedding night!
