I just bought a magnificent 2015 Lincoln MKZ from Lucas at Olympia Motors. I live in Ottawa and wanted a particular feature which this one had, but I was apprehensive at first because it was rebuilt by Lucas in his own private shop after being written off. His shop is just for his cars. I came to Niagara Falls twice and got to know Lucas and his wife and father and met and questioned the man who rebuilt the car. I had obtained the accident pictures from the former owner. All my questions were answered. Lucas comes from a good family and turned a lifelong passion for cars into a business and it shows. He is honest, detail oriented and he made me feel like I was his only customer. All his cars are immaculate and he stands behind them. He has an eye for quality and that’s what he sells, and at a good price. My Lincoln is a beast and like new, with only 50K on it. You can’t tell it was rebuilt. Thank you Lucas!

Bought my Ram 1500 from Lucas, he was very honest and friendly and unlike most dealerships he did not pressure what so ever. There was a few things I noticed on the test drive, he fixed every single one and still had it ready for me in less then 24 hours. I would definatley do business with them again!

We recently bought our first truck from Rob and are very happy with it. He provided excellent service from the moment we met him. He was accommodating to our time frame and very personable. We appreciated his honesty and no pressure approach. His service has been stellar. He and Lucas were also very helpful after we purchased the truck—they came to Welland to pick up the truck so they could add the bed-liner. It was a really pleasant and trouble free experience to buy a vehicle at this used car dealership. Lucas is simply excellent at what he does and he has the necessary knowledge. A super nice guy that gives you the real facts about your inquiries on a vehicle. He also did everything possible for me to be satisfied with the purchase. This included having the vehicle ready for me on Saturday, the day after agreeing to the deal. Safety check done on time as I requested due to a snowstorm on the way the following days and having to drive my trade-in 500 km there. They also have transporting options. His assistant Patrick was also a very down to earth guy and pleasant. I had no issues with this establishment and will check with them when I need another used vehicle as I am super happy with the one I got which is exactly as they advertised it and also because their selection of vehicles is very impressive!

As someone who purchases cars on a regular basis it's very hard to have a stand out experience. I purchased an escalade from Lucas at Olympia sight unseen! I had been searching for several months for a good deal on one to use as a work truck. Unfortunately because I was so busy I couldn't make it there before anyone else. But Lucas took the time to send me any pictures I wanted and answer any questions I had. The used car industry is full of dishonest people but I felt confident that Lucas was NOT one of them. Even after something came up that was not safety related Lucas took the time to research it and also offered to help with the repair. Great experience!

Finding a good used car is more difficult this year due to inventory shortages and higher prices. We found the perfect car for the right price here at Olympia. Dan and Lucas were wonderful to deal with due to their honest and transparent business practices. We felt comfortable from start to finish in the deal.
