Great service and products too. The drain cleaner they sell here actually works. Also, they are customer service oriented and do their best to service our needs. Also, if an error is made for whatever reason they are quick to resolve the issue at hand. Not to say that issues occur, but when the odd one has happened, I feel comfortable that the issue will be resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for doing business without any reservations.

Had an amazing experience with the rag factory. Not to mention Jennifer went out of her way to answer every single question I had. There prices came out cheaper even with shipping to us in Quebec. Highly recommend getting your products from them.

These guys are a pleasure to deal with. Ordering was so simple, and price was better than other places I checked. Quality was as expected and they always seem to have product available. Very easy to get a hold of them and speak to someone live if necessary.

They have good products but they can't deliver things on time, I even ordered it for pickup but still they dont have the product. If you need the product right away this might not be the best place to get it. Unless you order it way ahead of time.

Wow - very fast shipping! This is the second time I've ordered from them and both times my items were shipped out a few hours later and delivered within a day or two. (And this is during COVID, too!)I also appreciate that their website is current and actually reflects what they have in stock. I've had a few experiences during COVID of ordering things only to be told a week later that it's out of stock - but not with these guys!Definitely recommend ordering from them!
