Definitely worth my trip across the lake from Detroit. Super friendly eds (and didn't follow you around like most do!) that were very helpful for my exchange rate questions. The store has a good selection with items not seen in the USA stores. The store is busy but large enough to handle the crowd so that you don't feel overwhelmed. The store is inside the mall but GPS will take you to the correct area to park then take the nearby entrance and it is easy to spot from the door.

Always so friendly! Line ups for change rooms are always long. The quality of the clothing is outstanding and the sizing is very reliable, once you know your size, you're good to go in other styles

Had some defect on one of the pants I recently bought and Went back to Lulu store in Devonshire mall being unsure of how my problem would be handled. Ethan was amazing in his service and helped me through the replacement policy. Even though they didn’t have my pants in stock he helped me pick out the best pair! Thanks Ethan, you’re great!
