Big shout out to Jordan, John and Ryan for the warm hospitality. Natural Sports by far has the best customer service! I tend to be very particular on what I get and it takes me a longer time to make decisions which always makes me feel self-conscious about holding the associate up but the team was very friendly and patient with wonderful advice and great humor. 5 stars would be an understatement, every angler should make their way to this store at least once for this world class experience. Jordan thank you isn’t enough for the wonderful service and answering all my questions I had. Love my BG 4000 with the SSV2 smoke black Power Pro. Cant wait to use the Kunnan rod this season, keep you guys posted!

Best fishing store of the town so far. Friendly staff, talkative and you can receive good advice about fishing in the region. Thank you Bill for my and my son's new rod/reel combos. Yesterday we tried them and we loved them.

Came in and bought a float reel. The assistance from staff was great. They were helpful, asked me questions, are friendly and made the purchase both comfortable and enjoyable, best purchase from a fishing store ever. Glad they asked about the backing, save me the trouble of doing it myself. This is a amazing tackle shop, one of the best in Ontario and one of my personal favourites. Thank you for the case also!
