My old Beam central vac unit, originally installed by Superior Home Systems, failed after 20 years so it was time for a replacement. The customer service was excellent. They were very kind and helpful in selecting a replacement unit that would do the job rather than upselling me on a more expensive model and were able to answer questions on what accessories were compatible with the inlets and piping that I currently had installed which saved me tons of time from having to search online for this info. They also gave lots of helpful tips and encouragement as I wanted to do the install myself and said I could chat with their techs if I ran into any issues. I would definitely go back to them.

I had a 5 start experience with superior vacuum. The installer, Mike, was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He identified the problem easily, despite the fact that the source of my low air flow was a crack in my pipe in an obscure location made by a contractor who was installing a different item earlier in the year. Someone else may have missed this but Mike sniffed it out like a true professional. Price was fair and service was provided within the schedule that I needed. I highly recommend this company.

We had quite an exceptional experience at the Superior Home Systems when we need a replacement part for our Miele vacuum cleaner. Pauline was very helpful, patient and professional both on the phone and in person. From the initial contact for the request to the date we went pick up the part it just happened all within 24 hours. We wanted to express our appreciation for her prompt attention and the great support in this matter. With this level of excellent customer service I am pretty sure when the warranty of our Miele vacuum expire in 5 years our next vacuum will be another Miele as long as Superior Home Systems is their authorized repair center.

I had a great experience with repairs for my Beam Unit that was still under warranty. Pauline was very knowledgeable and very professional and Steve was great at servicing the unit. They saved me hundreds of dollars while another company was trying to steal my unit claiming it was garbage and they can discard for me. I’m glad I found this place, I won’t go anywhere else for my central vac system.

Superior Home Systems recently installed a new Beam Sc398 Central Vacuum in my home. Before doing this installation, I did much research on different brands of central vacuums and central vacuum suppliers. I finally selected Beam Central Vacuum due to its performance and low sound level (78dBA). I picked Superior Home System because the owner, Frank, gave an honest recommendation on the Beam Serenity Sc398 and provided a competitive quotation. I actually validated his recommendation and quotation with other dealers.On the day of the installation, Mark, the technician showed up on time and did an excellent installation and cleaned up nicely afterward. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I have been using this new central vacuum for a while with no issues. I am quite happy with my purchase.I highly recommend Superior Home Systems to anyone looking for a new central vacuum.
