Clinique Louis L Bourque

This is awful clinic. Don't come here, just waste your time. The doctor does nothing and trying to get money. The room is creepy and dusty, some equipments is on the floor. The reception is very rude. When I called them, then after finish the call they off the phone but not probably I heard that omg I want to quit the job" and say something French. I think that is not the good thing. I don't have NB medicare then I came I already asked the reception question but she doesn't want to answer me. Just wanted to ask the money 75$ cash to see the doctor. However

This clinic is the worst place you could ever go to. The receptionists are disgraceful to human kind. They are so rude we walked out even though my wife was in so much pain. The receptionist literally said what's your problem?" not "Can I help you?" or "what brings you in today".. She was laughing at the fact that we would have to wait 2 hours until the doctor came in. We thought walk-in clinics were just that

45 phone calls before i got through, i thought that was the worst of it untill the receptionist met me at the door, i get we have bad days and doctors are spread thin but wow i have never met a more beligerant person in my life

4 stars for the doctor's and one receptionist. You can see that special receptionist loves her job and chat with people. You can see her professionalism. But the other receptionist, I don't understand why she is still there. Clearly does not like her job. Very prompt and ride to people. Rolls her eyes when the phone rings or someone comes in without an appointment. Not only she is rude to them in their face or on the phone I, caught her a couple of times complaining about it to patients waiting afterwards. Also was waiting and this gentleman came in with a very different last name . He was trying his best to pronounce his last name so she could understand. She interrupted him multiple times telling him to repeat and slow down with a nasty attitude and letting big sigh out. Finally the gentleman gave his ID and she looked at it and laugh and said how was I supposed to understand that last name shaking her head while saying it. Disrespectful and unprofessional. She should not be working with public

Have been going to this clinic for my kids or myself for many years because it's so close to my house. Never had an issue, they see us for our ear infections or whatever we are in for, give prescription, very nice and friendly doctor and receptionist. Professional.

Had no issue getting a same day appointment when most clinics in the GMA were closed or full. Service from the reception and physician was great. Would not hesitate going there again if I needed to.

The rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with. Looking at other reviews, others seem to agree. I understand the high volumes, but I had called all morning, got no answer until AFTER 1pm, only to be told that I need to call tomorrow at 11. I told her I did that this morning and got no answer, and was trying to ask how I'm supposed to even book an appointment, but she just cut me off, said bye, and hung up on me. Absolutely useless clinic if your receptionist isn't going to give anyone the time of day
