Update : this location does not have any rapid covid tests as of April 15, 2022, went in to check.Well stocked shoppers drug mart, parking lot can be quite busy, self checkouts are a nice addition, clean store, Canada post is located at the back left side of the shoppers and can be very very busy at certain times of day. Overall nice location, and well keep store.

Melanie is such a sweet helpful lady. Always greetings everyone. The cashiers are very nice. I am super happy with Oak Ridges Shoppers as it's convenient and they carry whatever you need.

Wasting customers time and unprofessional behavior in Pharmacy. Go somewhere else.I am 70 and I use walker, I called pharmacy and asked them can I come walk in to get flu shot, they told me yes, you can come walk in before 4 pm as so as a senior I came walk in with my daughter to get my Flu shot but pharmacy staffs told me you should call us again tomorrow then you can come to get your shot, next day first I called then I came to the store but they told me you can come Saturday before 2 p.m. So for third consecutive days on Saturday first I called them then I came to the store to get my shot but I couldn't, when I was talking to one of the staffs and I was complaining about wasting customers time another staff that her name was Marianna G asked the other staff that I was talking to her to help other customers and she told me we are busy, you’re wasting our time and she ignored me before finishing my work, when my daughter asked her what’s your name she showed her name with a mocking smile and she said who’s next in the line, and she started to talk to next customer, her behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, she was rude. I highly UNRECOMMEND this pharmacy. I never come back again to this location.

This location employs a high amount of teens that have no management personnel in sight. While there is nothing wrong with teens, there is an obvious lack of experience or awareness in a place of business where if 5 of the 6 self checkouts are NOT functioning and there is 6 people waiting in line to use - and the only person (teen) found working WALKS RIGHT ON BY TO GET TO THE STAFF ROOM AT THE FRONT OF THE STORE (without checking to see what is going on) then there IS a PROBLEM! Last night was the last time I will step foot into an SDM. I will get my medication from my doctors pharmacy and anything else I will get through WALMART & AMAZON. If Shoppers Drug Mart is looking to drive the business into the ground, keep going you’re doing a fine job!

Honestly this shoppers is one of the most racist places that I’ve ever been to the supervisor follows me around while I’m shopping and honestly I could not say I was at ease. This place is hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any of the shoppers

Shoppers Drug Mart is a well-known brand for us living in Canada, I just found the card postal section so attractive, don’t miss it, it is highly recommended.

Zero stars. This pharmacy is the worst. They don’t read prescriptions properly and gave the wrong dose and blamed it on the way the hospital wrote the Rx. Every time I have gone to pick meds up there is always a problem. The pharmacy staff and extremely rude and disrespectful. When you confront them the excuse you always get it they are very busy and it’s not their fault.I happened go to when the pharmacist was trying to leave (5:00) she didn’t have the time to fully explain the medication and and kept saying she wanted to leave because it was time for her to go.

The pharmacist assistant at this location is very rude and arrogant, or unfortunately does not have enough customers service experience, she is making you lose your loyal customers on daily bases!This was my second experience with same young lady at this location in 2 weeks!At first I thought she might have a bad day but today I m sure she has some serious issues!I suggest owner and pharmacist to pay more attention on retraining her in customer service or replace her with someone knows how to treat patients and customers!8.20 AM Tuesday November 29.2022Good luck to keep your clientele and patients!Roland.

Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy has zero customer service and sub-standard pharmacists and staff that treat customers worse than cows ready for slaughter in a slaughter house.Avoid going to Shoppers Drug Mart if you can help it….They give you wrong prescriptions and then blame the doctors hand writingwhen all they have to do is call the doctors office to check what the prescription is if they are not sure…,When you die from their mistakes it never get investigated or reported…. I would give shoppers a zero stars if I could.I was given a medication for thyroid disease which I did not have when the doctor wrote a completely different prescription… fortunately I come from a family with several doctors an this mistake was caught.Shoppers should have clear and explicit information on where to properly report these mistakes and clearly it should not to be to their customer service who are not trained in medicine and do not appreciate the gravity of their public responsibility.

I went to buy some skincare products in the late afternoon on May 4 and wanted to cash out at the beauty counter. I heard that the beauty section cashiers get commission on skincare and beauty products so I wanted to cash out there. As I walk up to the counter the lady rudely snaps at me “was there nobody at the front??” To which I was caught off guard and didn’t say anything back. She still cashed me out but was clearly unhappy. I understand you may be tired but that is no way to talk to a customer who is also actually trying to help you earn some extra money. I would avoid cashing out at the beauty counter if you see this lady because she will only give you attitude.
