Bruce is excellent! I have been a Director of Sales for many years but am always open to learning something new. I started a business that is in B2B sales, which I have only ever done B2C sales. I wanted my Account Rep to learn from someone that has done B2B as he has been struggling quite a bit. Bruce had a meeting with him and in the short meeting was able to uncover what habits need to be broken and what he needs to work on. I am setting up more training with Bruce and increasing the time to 60 minutes. Very happy with what he taught and I think he will be someone we continue to utilize going forward. Highly recommend!
