I am writing this review because i picked up my pain medication after my surgery.My pills were less by 5 counts.I am not sure if they missed count which i would doubt if one or two were missing.I will for sure call and bring this to attention of pharmacy supervisor.

They often don't answer the phone, and if they do answer you end up sitting on hold for forever. Ive had to go in to the store and up to the counter to reorder a prescription because I can't get through half the time...and they often take 48 hours to get your prescription ready. They need more support staff or a better system - because this isnt working.

prescriptions never ready on time, if you call you’re on hold for 15-20 minutes, staff can be nice but can also be really dismissive.

I have my meds on automatic refill, more than once my prescription has not been filled. So I've gotten into the habit of calling first, they tell me theyll be ready by (example) 2pm they never have it ready. This time I was out of refills, I called my doctor she sent the prescription Tuesday. I called Friday wondering why they haven't called me that its ready. They said they'd have it by 1pm. I gave them a day. It is now Saturday and guess what, I am waiting again as it is STILL NOT READY!!! Seriously

I have literally, no exaggeration, been calling on the hour, every hour. They do NOT answer their phone. I sat on hold over and over the one time they answered (out of at least 50 attempts) they picked up and hung up. When I called customer service the first time I was told, yah

There are only struggles with this pharmacy. You can never get in touch with them without having to be on hold for at least 10 minutes. Even though I have 100% benefit coverage for drugs, they always seem to think I need to pay, something was changed in their system. Sometimes they will tell you your medications are ready and when you get there, not all of them are. It takes them a long time to fill prescriptions.

They never have my medicine ready! I'm so frustrated, I'm going to pay the higher dispensing fee & go to Shoppers on Henderson. Will also be easier for parking & less of a lineup
