i love canadian tire, but no matter what store, every single time i call, they pick up, tell me to wait one moment, and put me on hold. to then be on hold for usually a minimum of 8-9 minutes, where i usually hang up and call again, and the cycle continues. disapointed.

You ask, you get. I have spent lots of money on items that are still functional and safe. Friendly and handsome staff. Quick precise response to questions. Friendly smiles that put you at ease. Lots of varieties in merchandise, lots of choices of the same item. Prices are very reasonable and beat competition by far.

I left nearly 1000$ in the 35-person line-up, at 10:30 am today. Only one cashier working and 3-4 others off to the side laughing and talking while everyone was waiting in the mega-line-up. I spoke to an employee (doing nothing next to the only functioning cash), asking why there weren't more cashes open with a 35+ person line. She said it's not that long of a wait

Canadian Tire is the perfect example with what is wrong with on premises shopping. They do not invest, they rather burden the customer with as tolerable as possible" the hardship of shopping. Self checkout is another example aside from completely random organisation of the store. This is the last time I update my review. The were a ton of people at the store today. First nice week end this year. And again the self checkout

Still the same but better. Staff is helpful. I've almost never seen a product go out of stock or if 8t did staff always has a stash of it somewhere, cashier's are so lovely you'd stay for a talk if you weren't with your wife everytime you visit.

I bought a bike online and 1 day later they cancelled it because they dont have it anymore. Very annoying
