Amazing staff! They are patient and kind with kids, offered my kids each a free sprinkle cone. Also will do whatever they can to make sure they find a flavor for you to enjoy, we often buy pints and they will mix up with toppings if they don't have it in the freezer. Will always choose this location due to the staff/owners!

The icecream was good but we splurged on the dipped cones for the first time and were super disappointed with them. They tasted old, stale and not like a waffle at all. We will come back for the icecream but won't ever get the dipped cones again.

When you go there for the first time they explain you pick an ice cream and with whatever toppings you want and they mix it together. It's yummy but the dipped cones are not worth it in my opinion.

The last several times we went to this store on the west side of Lethbridge, and I mean over a period of a year, there are a couple young guys that make extremely sloppy icecream with effort so bad it ruined it for me several times now. Stale wafflecones, melted dripping icecream - and I mean sloppy and melted when we first get them. These guys have repeated put weird mix amount of extras - like just not caring what goes in. We love the icecream, but are repeatedly getting soup for our icecream. The young people are yelling at each other in the back and playing music. Extremely unprofessional and lazy.

Small ice cream business on west side that has specialty cones that are to die for in 6 packs w/special sugar cones. You can order from pre made frozen cones or build your own. Pricey but delicious just the same. Well done!

very wonderful experience here at marble slab. young woman with dark hair was extremely friendly and considerate. had my girlfriend and i raving about how pleasent our experience was! she even suggested a new way to eat our favorite treat that made the ice cream taste even better! loved it!

This place used to be awesome but portions have become smaller, prices have increased, and overall consistency with quality product & service is not what it used to be. Unfortunately the overall value for dollar has gone way down.

Whilst the flavours and unlimited toppings are great, I feel like the portion size and the firmness of the ice cream has gone down. The portion given now for how much it costs doesn’t seem worth it. Plus the ice cream was super super soft - like one of those soft serve cones you get at McD’s. I remember it being more firm instead of almost soupy. Service was great and staff were friendly!
