Excellent job by Protect Enfant! They are knowledgeable and are extremely professional. Initially they were supposed to only instal 2 gates but made time for a third gate. Had a very tricky stairway that needed a wall build out that was custom built on the spot. The designs are thoughtful for functionality and for safety. Would 100% recommend them to others for tricky gates to set up or overall advice on how to create a safe environment for your kids.

Great service. We have an open/floating stair case in our house and a 1 year old who LOVES to climb. Needless to say, we needed a gate ASAP. I contacted Protect Enfant with photos of the stairs and received a quote shortly after. It’s not cheap but I would say it’s still worth it. Samuel installed two gates for us. The gate around the floating stairs was not straight forward - luckily Samuel is very creative and did not cut any corners. He was great. We are so grateful to have our gates up and a little peace of mind!

I used Protect Enfant to install safety gates in my new house and I am beyond satisfied with the service. Samuel responded very quickly and was great every step of the way. They were very efficient and used Zoom to see our staircase, understand our needs, and gave us a quote within a day. Then the installation was also done very quickly as he knew i had a 16 month old running around the house. Protect Enfant took care of everything and installed it all in one day impeccably. He even made sure that it would look good aesthetically and painted everything to match my new staircase! The quality of the gates is also amazing, these are not flimsy gates, rather ones i expect to keep for at least 10 years. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy and install safety gates. Not only amazing service but very nice people and a pleasure to work with!

Couldn't be happier with the baby gates installed by Protect Enfant -- they are very safe and easy to use. Sam really thought of everything during the install and no small detail was overlooked. For example, he made it so one of the gates opens up to 180 degrees for easy passage. This required adding some thickness on one side of the wall as my staircase is slightly wider than my hallway. Sam is a true professional and I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

This business is amazing! They outfitted our entire premises - Studio Jabberwocky - with baby gates and door protectors, suggesting just the right thing for protecting little fingers and hands. Their customer service is awesome. When we needed some adjustments and small fixes, they arrived promptly and completed the job. We highly recommend them!

We used Protect Enfant to help us child-proof our house. We had otherwise been at a total loss as to how to affix a gate to a glass railing. Protect Enfant came all the way out to our place (30 minutes off-island) and gave us a great and easy to use solution. The time they spent to do the job right and their attention to every last detail was great! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for baby-proofing solutions.

I've taken many CPR courses throughout the years and they were all in person.This was the first time taking the course via Zoom and I have to say that it was so much more easier to understand.I imagine that less time was wasted, compared to the course given in person.Samuel's explanation was very clear, he and his staff made sure everyone practiced with proper form and made sure that we were all involved and treated with respect!Thank you Prorect Enfant Inc.Renee.

Great instructor! I was skeptical about doing the class online but he really kept the times tight to the schedule and covered the material very thoroughly and clearly. As someone with a small child and an epileptic husband, I feel a little more confident that I can do something in an emergency before help arrives. I actually had to call 911 for my spouse in between courses and I was able to use some of the information I learned, which was so important because it took 40 minutes for the paramedics to arrive. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and seriously the best in the business!Samuel runs a tight ship. Having over 20 years of experience in baby safety, his shop sells the entire gamut of anything you need to keep your little ones contained (in a safe place). I have been buying his items for years. He has amazing 50+ SPF full coverage bathing suits, baby sunglasses, baby to toddler hats, and hard to find items for children with allergies (like epi-pen holders). His shop also offers CPR training.This time, we requested in-house service for gates (see attached photos) and we couldn't be more pleased. He took his time with us and installed gates in our house (places that were very complicated and required a lot of customization.) We are extremely happy and now we know that our twins (YES TWINS!) will be contained where we need them to be (not up the walls, not up book shelves, or crawling over our never-used gym).He's simply a gem.

This company has glowing reviews, and for good reason! Sam paid special attention to our needs and improvised a solution to a particularly tricky spot at the top of the stairs. His quick-thinking and efficient work is much appreciated.As a bonus, Sam explained various ways to protect our baby (for example, by anchoring furniture to the wall, replacing our door-stoppers, and more). My wife was very grateful for the conversation. She has taken lots of time to baby-proof our home and Sammy's approval and suggestions meant a lot to her.Best of all, the baby gates are practical and we don't mind using them. I thought they would be an eyesore, but they look great, fitting in nicely with our minimalist and modern home. A big thank-you to Raquel as well, for making communication over e-mail so easy and straightforward.
