The price is unbelievably high compare to many other stores and online stores… a nursing pillow for 80+… even on Boxing Day.. Definitely will return it, will not go there again

Don't look any further for your baby products. This family owned business has everything you need. Recently purchased a second stroller on sale at 50%. Great service and prices. Great place for baby furniture and reasonable prices, Mario, the owner was very helpful and took the time to answer all our questions. The same great service at their DDO store. Jessica, his daughter was very kind and respectful and took the time to explain the different car seats. Very friendly family business

Really disappointing experience.Too many issues with the payment- as they have an antiquated system. Depending on who you get on the phone- some staff were nice but some were outright ride and irresponsible.They shipped my order incomplete, missing the most important item and when I called, they first denied it... then once they acknowledged the missing item they brushed off any responsibility. As though that’s not a big deal!One staff even hung up on me when I asked for the updated shipping information.Then they gave me the wrong shipping information.Terrible terrible terrible. Slow, incompetent customer service, especially given the hefty prices!I would NOT recommend this store.... nor will I be purchasing from them ever again.

I recently purchased a stroller from peg perego and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of this stroller. The service at bebe depot was amazing, the employees were very helpful and patient with me while shopping for all my baby needs. Definitely recommend this store to all moms who are expecting, they do not disappoint and will always be willing to find something that accommodates you!

This review is in regards to the service. The employee that helped us out was super sweet and helpful. But the interactions with the so called “owners” were not great. Very rude and passive aggressive. Would not have purchased if welcomed by them

Really disappointed with this store, my wife and I had great service from the sales lady Eira but their manager was extremely rude and disrespectful calling my wife a liar. We bought over $3000 worth of merchandise but the after-sales service is poor. I will never go there again and I do not recommend it.

I will never shop anywhere else other than Bebe Depot! The customer service is amazing and they have everything you need. The quality of their products do not disappoint. As a first time mom, I am super happy with choosing Bebe Depot for all stroller, furniture and accessory needs. So many great choices. Beautiful store.
