Ordered steak quesadilla. Was folded inside the bag. Ordered fry supreme with it. Had a hole in the box. Ordered a soft shell taco. Received hard shell. Not impressed.I went inside to talk with someone and had to wait to be greeted. Multiple staff members around, no one could be bothered to greet me.

Most of the tables were dirty and sticky. We waited a long time of the food. The food itself tasted good but the dirty environment took that away.

Got a fry supreme with my crunch wrap combo. Box literally had a hole in the top.Also ordered a steak quesadilla. It was folded in half in the bag.Lastly ordered a soft shell taco. Was hard shell.Not impressed.

I've worked in customer service many years and let me tell you I'm disappointed on the service. We got a Uber eats order, paid well over 78.11 for our order. Not only did Taco Bell send us a order from I kid you not 2 days ago! Like not even joking. I'm annoyed. I'm trying to call the restaurant and line has been busy for the last hour. Like come on Taco Bell, do better!

I waited 5 minutes for them to even talk into the mic at the drive through monitor the store had just opened. Secondly we ordered and they took 15 minutes to give us the food we were the only ones there. no ice in the drinks and gave me Mountain Dew instead of ice tea. Taco Bell Do Better!

We stood there at the counter undecided what to get for about 7 minutes. The cashier did ask us a couple times if we were ready, we stood back and said no. When our family of 4 where ready and started to order, one of the items we wanted needed ground beef. That's when she told us they are out of ground beef and something else. Most of the items we wanted used the beef.It would have been nice if she had told us while we were busy looking at the menu, what items they didn't have at their restaurant, at dinner time.Seemed clean and the cashier was friendly.

On two separate occasions I’ve gone to the drive through they have asked me to pull up because it would be 6 minutes. They then take 25 minutes to bring the food out and that isn’t even an exaggeration. The order was not even correct. I’m not going to wait another 25 minutes for you to fix it. Do better.

The Gordita Crunch was ok but the Chicken Quesadilla was really poorly made…one of the slices literally had like two small pieces of chicken and barely any cheese…disappointed. At any other Taco Bell all 4 slices in the quesadilla are loaded with the ingredients- so better guys!

Waited at the drive-thru and was ignored for a good 10 minutes while I was saying hello into the mic. Tried to order but the person running the store said Taco Bell orders were going to take 25 minutes.Get better management.

The portions here are a joke. I ordered a chicken chalupa supreme and there was barely any chicken or veggies in it. I have had better chalupa supreme in other locations. The chicken burrito supreme was mostly beans and less chicken. Save your money and eat somewhere else
