Class store with excellent mens clothing.High quality and great service. My husband bought pants and shirt for a wedding. They did alterations to both pants and shirts.Shorten the sleeves and removed the collar.Made it into a round collar so no tie needed. It was free of charge and great customer service.

Overpriced. While outwardly welcoming, these characters are looking for any way to overcharge.I exchanged a shirt and tie. The attendant did a series of random calculations by hand, added and subtracted discounts where convenient, and came up with a $60 charge out of nowhere. All the while telling me he was doing me a favour and that I was getting a deal on better quality goods. Note the non-Italian goods from a shop where “everything is imported from Italy”.What could have been repeat business ends at $60. Too bad.

What can I say. Excellent customer service and the suits and clothes are top notch quality. Steve takes care of you like a King and the quality, again, is excellent, TOP NOTCH. This is by far the best store in Ottawa!

Great shopping experience. With all this fast fashion now it’s nice to finally get quality that won’t end up in a landfill in a few months. Classic styles excellent customer service. I also felt good about supporting a local business.

Visited the store out of curiosity: the attendant (Michael) was very friendly and receptive to what I wanted - will definitely come back.The prices can be high for some, but keep in mind you are buying Italian fashion, not Made in China synthetic knockoffs.

Way too underrated. They have the best service I’ve ever seen anywhere. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Their clothing is just amazing. I recommend their Alberto pants. Honestly, one of the best pants, ever. Honestly, other cheap companies can kick rocks. I can go on and on about those pants. Their suites are amazing and they don’t charge for tailoring. When you wear anything in this store you’ll KNOW the difference between the cheap and the best. Spoiler, the best is always better and more worth, in this store anyway.

Went in for my wedding suit with my fiancee...Micheal came up to help us immediately! Helped us pick the color we were looking for and got us fitted right away! Tailoring was done in house at no extra cost! Amazing service. We were given poor service every else we went but not here!

Purchased dress shirts and suit from this store. they have good quality products, but they are not entirely honest. I selected one specific shirt brand and quality and wanted to purchase three of those, but they put in my bag two of a different lower quality shirts. realized this when got home and could not go back. Shame, they just lost one good customer. Very disappointed.

Been going there for 11 years now. Always amazing service from Michael and impeccable clothing. He truly is a great salesman with good taste and ideas if you are not sure what you are looking for. Forget about Guess and Simon's. If you want to look amazing and have quality clothes that will last you a decade, look no further. Just be ready to pay 150$ for your shirt or pants.

Vernini has the best customer service I have ever experienced at any clothing store. I went in looking for a few bow ties for the bridal party of my wedding. The staff there were so patient as I was debating colour choices with my fiance. Finally I made a decision and they even gave me a small discount on the ties. At the end they asked if I needed any pocket squares to colour match the bow ties. I asked if since they will be wearing boutineers, do they need the pocket squares. They could have gone the way of increasing their sales but without hesitation they said I would not need the pocket squares. That small thing alone would be why I would recommend this store. I felt like they really cared about making my bridal party look their best. I left feeling very happy about my purchase and that doesn't happen nearly as often as it should.
