Quick Service Auto Towing

Wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible buisness, horrible customer service. Extremely unprofessional. I was yelled at and cursed to when I simply called to ask about my 70 year old fathers vehicle. On top of that I was charged $296 for a 3.5 km tow on a compact SUV. These people are taking advantage of the system and charging people way more than they should because they can get away with it. Not to mention the persistent lying that is also shown here as responses to reviews. Criminal if you ask me. Do not believe the responses to these reviews.

The best tow truck service I have ever used. My son locked the keys in the car whilst in the vehicle. Quick Service was very calm, directed me on a few checks and arrived very very quick to unlock the doors. I will not use any other tow truck service other than Quick Service. Thank you!

They were fantastic. They got to my house within 10 minutes and he had my van unlocked in less than a minute. So fast I wasn't even late to where I was going.

Unprofessional. Operated out of an old house. Towed our vehicle while we were in the middle of moving into our new house. Our vehicle was parked for an hour in visitor parking so we could get boxes into the garage (with a pass that they “didnt see”. Cost $300 to tow 5 minutes.

Mr. Kuljit was very responsive and service was quick, as their name says. Fair prices as well. Would recommend anyone looking for a car towing service.

Had my 07 jeep patriot towed from abbottsford to rosedale. 47KMS $315.00. the driver towed it with the back wheels on the ground after I told him it was all wheel drive. he said that he had been towing for 30 years and he would know if there was a problem. once we got to rosedale the whole cab smelled like burnt diff oil and or clutch. Once I had the jeep fixed from the previous issue the trans is making some ugly noises. I took it to a shop and was quoted $4580.85 to have a used trans put in!!!. I understand things happen and mistakes get made. I called the company and asked for the manger which wasnt available, I told the gentlemen the issue and immediately was told that they didnt tow my vehicle". which was funny considering this person didnt ask my name

Superb service. We had a sprinter that needed to be towed due to a ceased engine. I received a quote within 30 seconds of my call, and it was more reasonable than many other companies in the area. The car was back at our home within a few hours. Very clear communication throughout as well. Great experience !

Locked myself out of my car. Called these guys and they were able to do it for almost half the price others quoted in timely manner. If you’re looking for reasonable and professional services look no further.

After waiting for nearly 3hrs, this guy arrived and towed my car for a distance of not more than 4kms and took $126 from me. I tried to negotiate but he was already livid and threatened to leave with my car if kept asking for a discount. I feel like I was ripped. On top of all that, he was rude!

I rate highly since owner-operator, Kulwant, was extremely helpful and responsive.Though originally not available for 2 hours he provided a secondary contact - who did not pick up on 2 calls.Kulwant then was able to come lend assistance for a tow within 20 minutes.
