I was stuck on a highway with my BMW X3 having a punctured tire. No tire shop locally had one of these tires however the parts department, in particular Hailey took it upon herself to find the tire and when no courier company was able to deliver it the same day she enlisted a staff member to drive it 1 1/2 hours and deliver the tire and I was able to continue. It would have easy to just do her job and I would get it the next day but she went the extra mile understanding the position I was in. She is a credit to this dealership and the dealership allowed this to happen. This is service
