I had been set up a Black Friday deal plan on 2022, and the sales told me it was $50 per month, but end up they bill me $75 per month, i had been contact with the sales and the manager so many times, but until now they didnt give me any feedback, this was very disappointed for me. If this is now a contract, i will never go back to this company.

This review is for Jainil. While shopping in Vaughan Mills, we came in looking to take advantage of the Bell 1.5GB Fibe offer I heard Wireless Wave was offering. Jainil went above and beyond by upgrading me to 3.0GB Fibe service for the same 1.5GB promo price. Even with other customers coming in asking for Jainil, while most sales reps would try to multi-task" in fear of losing potential sales
