Had a great experience there recently. The junior stylist (I forget her name, which is too bad because she was great) freshened up my highlights for me. Pics are before and after. The atmosphere seemed supportive; the other stylists offered help and suggestions when the woman working on my hair asked. I felt very listened to. I left with exactly what I wanted.
