Went in with my boyfriend and the manager was less than friendly for some reason complained to her coworkers about the fact that it was her ex who then began glaring and made our drinks with 3/4 ice and the amount of drink that you would put into the smallest size they have.When we went to get them to remake our drinks the staff she complained to glared at me and was extremely sarcastic and rude.The male staff was lovely though.

I went through the drive through for a simple pike place coffee, couldn’t even get that right. Must have been made hours ago. Bitter burnt taste and not hot. I guess I’ll have to start drinking Tim Hortons.Times have changed for Starbucks, no quality control obviously.

I have to say that my experience at the Angus Starbucks is one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a very long time!!The place was very clean and cozy.From the moment my daughter and I walked up to the counter Jenn greeted us with a warm smile and fantastic positive vibe! We wanted to try something new and she was eager to help, with some great suggestions! I absolutely loved the Pistachio Frapp!I also work in the food service industry and it’s been awhile since having an encounter with staff that are so upbeat and positive such as Jenn!Thanks, Jenn! Keep up that positive attitude! You are fantastic!

Service was terrible! The server named Sarah with blonde hair with black underneath basically threw my drink towards me and said “here you go I don’t give a shit” then proceeded to be hostile.

OMG! Just went to the Starbucks here cause my daughters wanted to stop here on our 2 hour drive to Blue Mountain. The woman at drive thru was so energetic, enthusiastic It made our day! Thank you!

Came through today and got drinks for my coworkers. The staff and crew of this starbucks is the nicest i’ve ever been to. Everyone was very sweet from order taker to window. All of my drinks were made correctly and they were fast in doing so!

Literally the best staff! So kind always willing to ask how your day is going and what your doing for the day!The orders are always perfect and worth every penny.Love the patio just wish they had some greenery out there it's just pavement and cars.But overall I love this place it's a great addition to the town.Plus the staff is great. Super friendly and very efficient.We always look forward to stopping by.
