David Wegener showed up to look at the job, which was a small stand up shower floor to re-grout. He gave a rough estimate to re-tile shower floor and extend drain. Said i had to use his tile, and when asked if i could get tile to match the rest of the shower tile from Home Depot he responded that he only uses his tile. Dave said he would leave a sample of his tile" for us to look and and compare

Despite the appearance of a good job from the onset, a month later our grout got dirtier and dirtier as time went on, and not just by the sink or stove--you'll see before/ after pictures after I cleaned by the refrigerator--no difference. Still looks dirty. We clean the floor frequently and after a call with this branch owner just two-months after they cleaned our grout, he wouldn't do anything for us. The guy claimed because didn't pay another $500 for the color seal, there was nothing he could or would do--they don't stand by the cleaning; however, want to upsell you on the permanent color sealing.How about putting the customer first and at least offering a spot clean and resealing? The sealer used either wore off or wasn't applied properly.Don't waste your time and money.

Rob did an excellent job regrouting my bathroom tile surrounding the jacuzzi bathtub. My father (tileman) installed the tile about 40 years ago and it still looks great and stylish except for the grout deterioration. I'm so glad I decided to regrout. It looks brand new. Not only was Rob very careful, he shined up my fiberglass jacuzzi tub. I'm very grateful.

Beyond impressed with the results. We had our kitchen floors cleaned, grout repaired, stained and sealed as well as our bathroom floors and tub surround. They removed and replaced dirty gross caulk done incorrectly with neat and clean grout work recaulked and sealed. They were professional and did an outstanding job for an excellent value. I highly recommend this company and will absolutely use them again!

First the estimator came to my house and made it sound like without much effort my white grout in my showers would look new again. Then the guy came to do the cleaning. I pointed out that I thought it would look better and he told me that I probably should have done color sealing while the estimator told me it wasn’t necessary when he came out initially. Finally when my husband told me that he could t see any difference I got very upset. I called and let them know I wasn’t happy and I was told that he would come back out. And then I never heard back. This was about 2 months ago. What a total waste of $400. Don’t do it!!!

We hired The Grout Doctor to do caulking around our tub and clean grout on the tile floor especially around the toilet. The technician, Rob did an awesome job. The bathroom looked like new. We were extremely pleased and would recommend The Grout Doctor in a minute.

We had The Grout Doctor out to fix a two year old shower. The grout had started to come out from the walls and floor, and the tiles needed to be replaced already. The Grout Doctor came through for us. They sent a great team out and replaced the grout and installed a new tile floor in a day. They were professional, clean around our house, knowledgeable and kept us informed the entire time. The quality of work was top-notch. The team that worked on our shower was extremely detail-oriented and genuinely cared about the quality of their work. I couldn't have had better service from start to finish and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for the great work!
