An amazing coach all around! Jaclyn is attentive and caring. She never pushes but encourages progress and it is definitely effective. It has been a fun learning experience with her in both the exercises and nutritional portion of her plan. She caters everything towards her clients' goals and you won't get a more dedicated coach than Jaclyn.

I've been training with Jaclyn for about six months now after taking the plunge into lifting at 36 years young. Having been acquainted with Jaclyn before I started working with her, I was confident that she had a strong work ethic and would put her full effort into my development -- but even then I was pleasantly surprised! Jaclyn's programming has taken into account my personal goals every step of the way, the attentiveness while we are working together and two-way communication has felt so productive, and (perhaps most importantly) I am ecstatic with the results that I've able to achieve within a short period of time with her coaching. I'm so excited to continue working together and to see what else we will accomplish!

Working with Jaclyn with her nutritional coaching program for a total of 12 weeks was absolutely life changing. I'm a huge foodie, but working with Jaclyn never made me feel like I was missing out on the fun things in life. Instead, I learned about moderation and balancing my intake through Jaclyn. Even on the weeks I thought I was doing badly, it turns out I wasn't because progress came in different ways other than the number on the scale.I highly recommend working with Jaclyn. She is amazingly supportive, kind, and wonderful as a nutritional coach. I plan on doing another round with her again in future!

I have been training with Coach Jaclyn for about 18 months and the experience has been amazing. She designed a program that was tailored to my needs and adjusts it regularly based on how my body is responding. By changing the exercises regularly it keeps the training from becoming repetitive. She is always encouraging and also pushing me to do best that I can. There is always feedback on performance and form to help improve and understand how everything is going. Jaclyn has great positive energy that makes working with her fun.

Excellent all round training experience. Being fairly new to weight training, Jaclyn guided me through a series of progressions and I was able to achieve more than I expected. She is very thoughtful and has a lot of knowledge and experience. She works with you to achieve your goals. I would highly recommend training with Jaclyn for anyone - Beginner or Experienced. She also guided me through changes to my diet with thoughtful advice to complement the training work.

After doing home workouts for 6 months without the desired outcome, I connected with Jaclyn who got me on track and seeing results within 3 months. She created a workout program based solely on my needs and skill level and helped me reach my fitness goals in a sustainable way. She was always encouraging and at the ready with feedback when I needed it. The combination of her expertise and teaching style made the experience of hiring a fitness coach an enjoyable one and one I'd highly recommend with Jaclyn.
