More Taters Please

Third time I ordered the chicken strips. Third time no sauce. Once on pickup, twice on delivery. Ordered salt and vinegar on fries and just got lots of salt. Sad thing is the chicken strips are delicious but if they can't fulfill an order why would I spend anymore money there......cause they are pricey.

Seriously, if you like poutine and wraps... This place is amazing!! Every single menu item of poutine sound delicious. And I've had a few and they are delicious. Very happy with this place, staff are friendly too. Highly recommend this place. Prices are good because of the amount you get. Enjoy!!

Avoid going here due to unsanitary practices that will leave you ill in the bed. I went there last around 1am on Saturday and there were 2 workers. One of them was a short Indian man. This individual was extremely rude from the beginning. At first, I get a message from Uber saying my order is ready turns out it becomes into a 15 minute wait. But during this wait, I noticed a very concerning behaviour that poses a huge safety and health risk to any customers who go here. I noticed that this man failed to wash his hands. He was touching different surfaces because he was cleaning and closing up for the night. He was wiping things down and touching and moving different items and surfaces. Not once did he rinse his hands. He started touching my food with bare hands so I told him that I saw him cleaning and wiping his machine down with his bare hands and making my wrap with the same hands without rinsing. His excuse was that he used tissue while wiping and he became very rude, confrontational and aggressive that I called him out for being disgusting and unhygienic. This man lacks common sense think he can touch food with his bare hands while closing up the kitchen. To describe him, he’s almost a bald man with a beard. Avoid him at all costs as I almost vomited watching him making my food. At certain instances I saw him rub his hands on t-shirt and pants but not even once did he wash his hands. Extremely gross and traumatizing. He used a tissue paper by the trash can to cut my wrap on. Very unsanitary and unhygienic and I urge all customers to be careful. I am sick now and I will be filing a complaint with ministry of health towards the Indian man and the business and I will make sure it goes through as I have been sick and throwing up all night. Very disappointing and extremely disgusting. Fire that man. This is not tolerated here and any one else who notices this should report the business

Best quality ingredients in their poutine I’ve ever had, it’s seems healthy as a home made poutine. The taste is amazing the portions were impressive. Totally made with passion to customers experience. I’ll come here every time I’m in town. I love the menu options very fun to choose. Good inside atmosphere. What more can you ask for.

Chicken sandwich was not what they had advertised it had zero flavour and bun was burnt. They slapped a chicken finger on a burnt bun and charged nearly 10 bucks to do so. Absolutley discussing and not worth it. Prices are rediculous and I'll never go back or recommend it to my worst enemy

id give no stars if i could. i came here a year ago, food was raw. i gave it another try today, in hopes service got better as the company grew. The meat in my poutine was horribly red. It wasnt spice, it was dripping blood and rubbery. Avoid all the meat items at this place. the beef does not taste like beef either.update: its been a little time after eating and i feel horribly sick! i avoided all the meat, and im throwing up regardless. Horrible food! I would not reccomend this place to anyone. waste of my last 40 dollars.

ordered from ubereats. I got the jumbo size and was disappointed by the portion size. It was basicly a normal meal size that most other places do and upcharged 5 dollars

Funky entertaining naming for their menu items. Food was a bit pricey but excellent quality. Would go back again.

Never disappoints! I would recommend the Buffalo Chicken Fries! Absolutely delicious; and if you’re looking to have the same order but a little less spicy, I usually substitute the Buffalo sauce for Chipotle!
