Courteous, Prompt, Flexible, Generous, Informative, Organized, A Life Saver. Easy to contact. More helpful than other government departments by far. Have previously in my life gotten help with small businesses I ran. Helped me get grant in the past. Went out of the way lately to help sort out recent issues.

I am a disabled, blind fellow with a guide/SD, and First Nations.........I have had many case workers, my current one at the Guelph office has been wonderfull and careing........I can only speak for myself of course, and the current caseworker I have........................I have had much different expeirences with others workers and offices.....................

My worker is not at all helpful. She has laughed at my questions more than once. So I'm intimidated about calling. I know it's not odsp but she is your representative and she does not do you any favours in my book.

They never let me access the proper Healthcare, but our systemworks, and their suppose to pay first and lastmonths rent, but your referred to Ontario works as a discretionary grant, dental,orthopedics, Barbasol!!!!, and free condoms and harm reduction supplies!!!!

Well they lost my paper work for the secound time in one month and im now more then 10 days on my rent #pull heads out of rear ends. what a joke. Terrible service complete disorganization.and an actual return call without having to go all the way accross town just to get anwers whoever is in charge should be canned asap.disgusted.

I know that there are a lot of great Caseworkers that actually care about people. however, if you are one of the unfortunate ones that have a Caseworker who subjugates their caseload, numbers or file numbers. it is probably because of there own insecurities and sadly misuses their position of power to abuse you both mentally and physically as if your Disability is a problem for them and gives them a good reason to bully you. Shame on the government for hiring those pathetic Caseworkers who are paid 52 times more money a year then the Disabled MEMBERS.

Every time I have to visit this place I feel very uncomfortable and feel like I'm being judged negatively by staff members who I have to communicate with. I've been on this ODSP for many years now and I've never felt like a equal when I'm having to deal with the staff. I have major anxiety and depression to begin with and knowing that I have to visit this location makes my anxiety worse. Sorry but that's a problem I experienced and I hope will change soon.
