After 15 years of different injury’s from the infantry and meeting physiotherapists across Canada I had this general idea about the profession.I have them since release and became a career fire fighter and sustained an injury (not job related) and was hesitant to go the physio route.I talked to Dr. Bardwell who was treating my back and neck for chiropractic and he suggested diamond physio and a man named Jamie Deloyer.Now let me tell you, from the first step into the facility it was clean and very professional, the front receptionist was very happy, friendly and helpful in setting me up for my appointment on short notice.When I met Jamie we went straight into my assessment with very easy small chat. You know how sometimes you have that awkward small talk that’s hard to string along? There was none of that with Jamie, he was and is friendly and professional at the same time. The amount of knowledge he possesses and the thoroughness of his examination has changed my opinion on physio indefinitely.If you’re looking for a new physio clinic, or have an injury and you’re not sure as to the route you should take. I was met readily with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Lots of preparatory material provided which helped make our appointment efficient and effective. I was able to bill my extended health care insurance directly from the clinic on my day of session. Very resourceful on pelvic physio assessment and treatment!

We had an amazing paediatric physiotherapy assessment with Kobir. He did a thorough exam of our 11 month old son, and sent us home with all of the knowledge we needed. Not only was he great at what he did, but he was also great at making our son feel comfortable and happy throughout his entire appointment.

I was so impressed with the people at Diamondphysio. The receptionist was knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable. Jamie, my physiotherapist, listened to me, worked with me, enlightened me as to my body and the things I am dealing with in a professional, approachable and unhurried manner. I left with good things to do to help myself and a deep sense of well-being and confidence in the way forward.

Nicola is an absolutely phenomenal physiotherapist. Very relatable, down to earth and sets attainable and realistic goals for take home exercises. I am so happy to now be pain-free but also sad that I won’t be seeing her as often. I looked forward to my appointments with her and they always left me feeling motivated and joyful.

Jamie, the therapist, he is amazing! With just first appointment my tough pain was half gone. Everyone at this place is super friendly. The exercise app is easy to use. There is not enough good words to describe this place!

The experience at Diamond Physiotherapy was top notch. Nicola is knowledgeable, supportive, passionate, and understanding. You can really tell that she cares about what she does, and that she wants to help. I felt seen and heard every moment of my appointment. Nicola made sure that we had clear goals in mind, and a plan to reach those goals. Of course, with the reassurance that she is there to help me through it. Jamie has been great with taking the time to listen & work with the pain I had been experiencing for almost 6 months. He has educated me on how to prevent it from happening again & a list of different stretches/techniques to use in my everyday life. I would highly recommend Jamie to anyone needing a physiotherapist!
