Dan is an amazing trainer! He is happy to share his knowledge with both his clients and fellow trainers. I know that he practices what he preaches and takes time to help clients learn both inside and outside of their sessions with him. I would highly recommend training with him!

I’ve bounced around different fitness formats (trainers, classes, solo, etc.) and Dan has really stood out as being able to match superior expertise with pragmatic approaches to designing programs that push you to make gains and achieve your priorities using workouts that are challenging and rigorous but also make sense and are accessible when you do them solo. The pace that I’ve been able to regain my strength, increase my athleticism and sense of well being has been remarkable. Dan is a great motivator and a master of his craft. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get results and enjoy doing it (you just have to make sure you likewise commit to put the work in - he’ll know!)!

I thought I would share why I would recommend Dan as trainer. To me one of the most important qualities to have as a trainer is an open line of communication!Dan certainly has this. Dan has the ability to teach me effective and efficient exercises, techniques, motivates me to eat well, offers guidance on any movements I don’t understand or when my gym doesn’t have a certain machine he recommends something else. Not only is this communicated to me in a timely manner, all of this communication is done virtually.He is a dedicated trainer that truly takes the ‘personal’ in personal training seriously, all his sessions are created with variety in mind for me to reach my goals. This comes with having tremendous experience and knowledge in his chosen profession.Dan is constantly growing, learning and teaching which is another amazing quality to have as a trainer. Dan is constantly educating himself to be the next best thing, which inspires me to continue working hard!The results I’ve felt and seen in the past 9 months have been outstanding. I have more energy on a daily basis and in combination with healthy eating I have lost some weight, and felt sooo much stronger.. just one of my many goals !!!Dan always demonstrates accountability, he is punctual, very professional and always answers me in a timely manner.It is evident through discussions that he is prepared to go the extra mile for those who are also committed to working with him, to reach personal goals.I also feel the videos Dan has with each one of his exercises provides the perfect guidance to allow me to feel comfortable and confident in the gym alone! Dan is so knowledgable and his program reflects his years of experience. I have been participating in the small group training in the morning and am getting so strong and can do so many more pushups now! The vibe is so fun and everyone is super encouraging of everyone's growth! Dan even has insight into nutrition and recovery around the sports I play as well.

Dan has been a great coach! I have about 12 years of experience weight training and was previously doing my own programming and completely plateaued my progress. Since starting with Dan he's programmed great 4 day splits that are addressing a lot of areas I had been neglecting and the progression's each month are awesome. Already noticing solid strength gains after 3 months!

I started training with Dan 5 months ago, after almost 3 years without going to the gym.I’ve never had a trainer before, so I wasn’t sure how that’d go for me. Since it was my wife that recommended him, I decided to give it a try.His knowledge, technique and approach are for sure on another level, and he proves that with every question answered, every program written, every recommendation given… One month in and I could already see some progress, and in a short period of time I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been! After a complicated shoulder surgery and long recovery process, I was eager to see if a personal trainer could help me regain enough strength and mobility so that I could eventually get back into competitive swimming and bicycling. Dan's commitment to a customized, safe, and precise strength program made me confident he was the optimal trainer for me. His careful and detailed approach gave me reassurance that I could build back strength while preventing any risk of re-injury. After just a few weeks of working with Dan, I noticed my shoulder, hips, and knee joints all felt stronger, more stable, and more mobile than ever before. After about two months, I was back to lane swimming in the pool and felt strong and confident with every stroke. I'm also back to bicycling with more leg power than I've ever had. Dan is now helping me sharpen my strength and performance in preparation for competitive swimming. Beyond all the physical achievements he's helped me with, Dan is also an extremely kind and supportive person who is fun to be around. It's always a pleasure getting to the gym for his workouts!
