FABULOUS dentist, staff and facility; no other word for them... I suffer with dentist-phobia; had two teeth roots removed with NO pain, quick and efficient, understanding and comforting; truly a GREAT experience...

I am afraid of dentists. Buffalo Run Dental made sure I was comfortable and ready to proceed with any of the treatments they were doing. They had a small plastic vacuum guard that I was able to hold in my mouth while they did the drilling on my cavities. They also listen to your concerns and work with you if you don’t have insurance. Which is helpful if you are looking for a dentist that cares this is the place to go. They also have all new equipment and comfy dental chairs. Thank you buffalo run dental care.

Great new dental office, friendly staff, and super organized. Easy to get an appointment and when I arrived no waiting. The dentist and dental assistant was thorough and made me feel at ease, and the hygienist was amazing, best cleaning I’ve ever had!!!

As an individual with dental anxiety, I highly recommend this office because they are a patient-centered practice. The staff are experienced, compassionate and transparent. The staff listened to my concerns (I had not seen a dentist in years when I first made the call) and they were transparent about my dental needs. The office is very clean, comfy and inviting. The office has comfy dental chairs and live stream tv to keep you occupied during your treatment. This office also offers cozy blankets. Buffalo Run Dental made sure I was comfortable each time I visited. I’ve completed my treatment and I am so happy with my experience.

Unfortunately we tried to sign up as new patients but noone got back in touch or replied for many weeks so we moved on to another provider. Hoping the set up is much better these days for new patients wanting services.

Great place and very friendly staff!

Called Buffalo Run Dental clinic at the beginning of the week to book an appointment and spoke with Mary, who graciously arranged a time for me. She was able to get me in within a couple of days, which I am very grateful for. She also helped me get all of the new patient documents sorted out so I could forward them back in time for my appointment.Attended the clinic for the first time two days later to have a sore tooth dealt with. Dr. Ben found the issue and then made time to fix it right away. I greatly appreciate his kindness and willingness to take the time to address the problem all in one visit and to help me be out of pain for the first time in many months.Natasha, Nikki, and Brittany are wonderful, kind, compassionate people who immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable. We have chronic issues with our insurance providers not complying with any of our claims and these ladies took care of all of those issues for me and made the entire process simpler. I am so grateful for their assistance and dedication to doing such a fabulous job!I returned yesterday for a cleaning appointment with Lori. She is such a thoughtful person who, as well, made me feel totally comfortable. She generously took time to ensure that I was okay throughout the cleaning process. She did such a fantastic, thorough job - pretty sure I have never had such a great cleaning before!As of yet, I have not had the pleasure of meeting the rest of the team, but I very much look forward to that.We are so thrilled to have found this clinic, and all of these great people and we look forward to them providing our dental needs for many years to come.

I am a new patient at Buffalo Run and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team and the office. I had a cleaning with Lori and it was the best cleaning I have ever had. My teeth a very sensitive near the gum line due to clenching and recession and Lori made sure to be very careful around those areas. I did not feel any pain or sensitivity at all during my cleaning and this is normally an issue for me every time I get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Toone did my check up and he addressed all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. All of the staff is so nice and welcoming, the ladies at the front take great care of you. The office itself is state of the art, very beautiful and clean. I would 10/10 recommend coming here.
