Tool Rental at The Home Depot

The worst experience ever from ANY Home Depot. Tried for over an hour to get a hold of someone at tool rental to simply see if the equipment I needed was available to save me from having to drive across the GTA. Instead I was transferred back and forth from the service desk to tool rental with no answer. When asked to speak to a manager to share my experience the same thing happened until the line was conveniently dropped. Interesting enough when calling Davidson Court and Argentia locations that are 3x busier i had no problem getting a hold of someone. If there was an option to provide a lower rating than 1" I would but unfortunately there isn't. In most circumstances someone may say that this location needs to hire more staff to handle the volume however in this circumstance clearly this location needs staff that put customer service a priority not an option starting from management."

I had the worst pick up experience from any shop in Canada and would never visit home depot if the product I want is available in any other store. Everything went wrong with this pick up experience1. Order placed on 4th May, pickup email received on 7th2.I was sent to a parking space by the associate who noted my order number. I waited there for 40 minutes and didn't get anything.3. Went back to the associate to know that my order was never handed to another person and she did it then.4. Waited for another 20 minutes to know that my order was never picked.5. Associate was questioning whether I showed up after receiving pickup email. She also said that there many people who show up without getting email6. She then asked me to pickup 10 sacks of soil on my own and said they cannot pickup for every customer.7. 1 hour 15 minutes after reaching the place and loading things on my own I left the shop with the worst customer experience.I feel sorry for opting home depot for my shopping
