The young woman who took care of our order and designed it seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We’d go back for her flowers again. Our order was a custom, which she designed on the spot for us. Very well done

The staff at Boxwoods were very attentive with our sympathy bouquet. Their kindness on the phone was a comfort, and knowing the quality that they bring to their work was reassuring at a sad time. I highly recommend them for your floral needs. The bouquet was simply beautiful!

Purchased yellow roses for a dear friend’s birthday and they lasted for over ten days; in her words....”phenomenal”. David and staff always very friendly, efficient and have the best products in London. Thank you David and crew....please keep up the GREAT work ! P.S...like your new shop & locale.

Outstanding customer care from a florist named Jess. She took thoughtful consideration of our vision and ensured we stayed within budget. Boxwoods has great prices but Jess gave us excellent flower care tips so that our arrangement lasted past two weeks with frequent water changes, flower food top up, fresh stem cuts, and proper vase cleaning. We learned a ton about how to take care of our flowers and felt very taken care of. Jess worked quickly on our vase arrangement while managing other customers but still managed to make us feel as though we were the only customers in the store. Thank you Boxwoods - We've already sent our friends.

Popped in around Mothers Day and got such great customer service from a young lady, Jessica, I think her name was. I stopped in again this week and she was there again. It's always nice to have knowledgeable people and the store is just lovely. Will pop in again for sure.
