Got the wrong item and it was cold. May have lived with error if it hadn't felt like it came out of a fridge. I did get it without hassel but they barely acknowledged me. Staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. It wasn't busy...

I like this place, i love their shakes, sundaes and mozzarella sticks. The staff and their service is really amazing. All of them are so humble and soft spoken. The store sometimes is so busy but it doesn’t let them effect their service.

The worst hygiene practice ever & not trained. I ordered at drive thru and the literally scratched his head and handled my food. The BK blast was too much blended and was all watery. The staff needs to be trained and taught some hygiene practices...

Ordered takeout on the evening of January 27. Cleanest Burger King I have been to. Staff was very friendly and quick to start making my food fresh. 6 burgers were ready in a matter of minutes and were cooked perfectly.

Why do customers have to ask to get served when 5 employees standing in a huttle? And when you ask for fresh fries because you stood there for 5 minutes and watched the fries litarally get cold. Then they poor the new ones over the old soggy ones??

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming at their Burger King.Unfortunately that’s where things end. None of the tables are clean and there are ants all over the floor of the restaurant.As well, this Burger King does not offer the following things that Burger Kings Do:1. Eat in Trays2. Clean tables3. Ketchup PumpsThe mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way through and the burgers were sub par.I would skip this Burger King and go to another one that offers things like eat in trays and clean tables.

Service has never been great here. From forgetting napkins during drive thru to taking orders and even letting you know when you're food is ready. It's the only BK in the area so there's no choice to go when you're craving it...

Date of visit: February 24, 2023. Time of visit: 1:55pmBeen coming to this location to pick up my whoppers via Drive-thru. The service has been fast so far. But it's usually been one car ahead of me.The whoppers had been mostly good. Sometimes, the whopper looks like a regular boring burger. It looks flat with minimal toppings.However, I went today to pick up two whoppers. Ordered from the app. Whoever made my whopper this day and time made it really well! So juicy, savoury, delicious, and yummy!!!Whoever made my whoppers at this time, THANK YOU to that employee.

Was two stars, changed to 1 when I noticed my whopper had cheese and bacon added over condiments, not on the burger. Did they just take a pre-made burger and throw bacon and cheese on...? Don't know what is happened at this location. I worked at a BK before, so I know cheese should be on the patty...

I was served cheeseburgers with moldy buns. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Thank god I saw it before any one in family ate the burgers.
