The food today was oily, under cooked and cold. Their prices have drastically increased. Their meal of the day is simply their old prices. I paid over $8.49 for a 3 piece tender and it came in a kids box. The size of one tender was the size of a nugget. The 5 star reviews on this restaurant are the managers. Specifically Elaine who wrote a fake review. The floors were dirty as well the tables. There were kids complaining about the food as well, this comments on the quality of the store.

Craving the Popeyes chicken this evening! Best fried chicken & tea biscuits! We love their mashed potatoes. They are freshly cooked & baked. Staff are friendly & nice. Plenty parking. Will visit again soon.

Friendly people and expert in costumer services. The chicken super fresh, juicy and delicious. In addition to that, they are super honest, because I forgot my wallet and the person in charge of the kitchen worked hard to get in contact with me and she did. God bless these people and their team.

We had the most amazing experience with Popeyes at this location. We met a lovely lady called Kush who speaks 14 different languages. She recommended an excellent choice of dinner and we enjoyed the dinner significantly.

Manager and worker need more training . My food was on the counter for over 10 minutes. It got cold. When she added one last item to the order she called my order number . I told her it’s been sitting there for over 10 minutes . She visibly got agitated and said it’s not true and that she just made my order. What a Liar. They need more training in there. Tables were dirty . Floors slippery and dirty . Garbage is full . Washroom is stinky

I used to love popeyes, but for now I don't recommend this place!!! The sandwiches are too OILY and seems dry. Also, the staff never bother to ask you for HOT sauce or KETCHUP. Unfriendly staff We don't need a FREE piece of Chicken for surveys, but kindly improve customer service so the customer would want to come back to your business again and make less Oily healthy food, so they won't get sick

This was my first time in popeyes and I absolutely loved it. Staff was so good and the Tas were extremely good. She helped me pick up the best options on the menu. I would love to come again and try at this same place. I would defiantly recommend it

Absolutely baffled by the lack of customer service at this location. 1st: what seemed like the manager was being so rude and borderline discriminatory towards the black employee. 2nd: the manager didnt confirm the order with the customer and she left but came back bc the order was wrong. But the manager responded by yelling well you should have doubled checked first" instead of apologizing and blamed the customer. 3rd: we waited almost 40min for our order even though there was only 1 customer before ours (the one that was yelled at) And it still came out cold and stale. The chicken and fries were cold to the touch as if they were microwaved leftovers...Very disappointed to see Canadian values are not adopted by new business owners coming from abroad."

Kush was at amazing service, she was able to get our order done perfectly and train a new employee at the same time, she was extremely kind, patient, quick with the order and made our day. Kush is the Best Manager we have had an experience with so far!
