this is absolutely one of the worst places in Scarborough Too book flight tickets they’re over priced and the guy gave me terrible seats for the money I paid and when I was coming back from my trip, they switched the timing of my flight I am never using their service again terrible. Please definitely don’t waste your money here.

If I can give 0 stars I would have. Baljit (Bell) and associates have the utmost worst customer service. They are 100% scammers and will definitely do anything in their hands to not refund you a ticket to ensure we loose our money. I have called multiple times for my fathers ticket to be cancelled since he couldn’t travel abroad in 2019 due to COVID Guidelines. Baljit mentioned I can cancel my ticket and since then, he has been dodging all my questions on the refund status.They are unprofessional, I’m not sure how they even run a business. I have multiple proof of their lack of service and would highly recommend everyone to book your flight with another agency. Prior to asking for a refund, we tried to rebook my dads ticket within the 2 year mark so it doesn’t expire. Baljit tried to overprice the ticket as opposed to other agency to scam more money. He would always say “the ticket has to be booked with Air Canada only”… funny to say that the tickets we found from other agency was from Air Canada as well! When we showed him the pricing of those ticket that were given to us by other agencies, he said that wasn’t operated by Air Canada when they were!. He would always find excuses to not refund the ticket. He is known to prolong the refund process to ensure we do not receive our money. BELL/BALJIT’s service is a JOKE.When you put Baljit in his place, he tends to hang up and advise his associates to not transfer the call to him. LACK OF SERVICE is an understatement.Please think twice before coming here.

These guys are literally thieves they charge 500 dollars for date change and 500 dollars for refunding tickets my flight got canceled due to covid- 19 the airline company gave the money back but still charge 500 dollars illegal never book a ticket from here

What kind of a travel agency are you guys?? Do you really want business!!!!I have called three different days to get a quotation for flights. Every time the receptionist answers the phone and says we are busy and will call back in 5 mints. And no one bothers to call back. Ridiculous!!

NOT RECOMMENDED! Very bad experince. Their wording is totally different before & after the tickets. After that they don’t pick your calls and won’t listen to you.
