Very friendly staff that aim to please. Food is very good, I have never had a meal I didn't enjoy. It is my and my husband's favourite location.

Hosted my mother's birthday here today there was about 25 of us, we had one server and she was excellent. Everyone got exactly what they ordered even though it was on like 7 different bills - zero mistakes with no waiting. FantasticI'd also like to say we usually go to the O'Connor location but the manager was extremely rude when I booking so we cancelled and booked here instead and will honestly be bringing all our service here going forward.Thank you

Claudio ( owner ) catered my dad's 65th birthday party. Food for 70 guests buffet style. Was amazing!!!! Everyone was so impressed. Thank you so much

Totally renovated and really nice and comfortable. Added a Harvey's to this location. Has great seating for both Swiss chalet and Harvey's. Only experienced Harvey's service that day but the servers were warm and friendly. The food was hot and tasted great. Really happy to have this location close by.Also for those who face barriers they have redone the restaurant with that in mind. The hallways and doorway to the washroom hall is wide and also has buttons to open the doors.There is a separate washroom for those with disabilities. I did not see them but the woman's washroom was very clean.Hope my review helps!

I have been a regular here and the taste is always very consistent. I love the chicken spring rolls here as they are crunchy, not so oily and filled with white meat. The service is fast and the servers are very professional and friendly. I liked how they kept on checking in with the customers if they need anything or not. I usually get the rotisserie chicken with fries. However, on my last visit, I tried the rotisserie chicken with the rice and veggies and to be honest it was not that great. I felt the soggy rice did not go pretty well with the dish. The chicken wings with chalet cut fries were amazing though.

On June 3/23 my family and I had our lunch at this Swiss Chalet after my mother's interment. The staff went above and beyond making us all comfortable and welcomed. Even had flowers on both tables and a sympathy card. Thank you staff.

Ordered ahead for take out. It wasn't ready when I got there but customer service was good. ..ambience was great! It was clean and modern with a nice autumn vibe. The food tasted good. One of the best interior decorated Swiss Chalet restaurants that I have ventured into.. will return.
