Recently the rigging team moved two cnc machines for our business, no nonsense, straight to the point, no delays, provided great advice , highly professional and a pleasure to work with, I didnt work with the other branches/services of this company but the rigging team, the rigging team is awesome, highly reccomended

Only 1 star because I can not leave less than that. Stay away from this company, total rip off. We lost power on the weekend and waited till Monday to have one of their techs come out to access and to give us a quote for the fix. The electrician came by, twice, he wasn't through enough the first time for the office to make up a quote. When I got the quote it was for $2700 plus tax. Shortly after, another electrician came by and I told him what work needed to be done, and his quote came in $900 less. In addition, he told me there were 2 other options I could go with to fix my problem, one was $1000 and the last one was for $400. Unfortunately, I was not able to get him to do the work because of the urgency that I needed the work done and his schedule could not accommodate us at this time. I had contacted with 3 other electricians and all 3 were at or a little lower than the $1800 range. After finding an electrician who was able to do the required work almost immediately, we got a surprise visit from the ESA and were told that they had received an anonymous tip about electrical issues at our residence. Fortunately, aside from an unscheduled visit, nothing more resulted as a result of that visit. I wonder who would have called the ESA, perhaps a company upset that their padded bill was rejected? There were only 2 people who came to the house to view the work that needed to be done in person. The others had me send them pictures. Did I mention that this company charged me over $200 just for the quote, which included billing me for the guy having to come back to do proper measurements. I find unbelievable, considering that I received not a single bill from the other electricians that came to look at and gave an estimate for the job.

Great company to work with. Very professional and fair pricing. I have used Canadian Industrial service for many industrial electrical projects and they have provided excellent service and innovative solutions. Recently we have had several machines moved by the rigging team. They have done a top notch job, They show up the proper well maintained equipment and an experienced crew.

On January 25, 2018, ,Canadian Industrial Services Electrical Contractors, was hired to install two fluorescent light fixtures, a 4 ft fixture in the basement (I supplied the newly purchased fixture & fluorescent bulbs) & a 3 ft fixture over the kitchen sink which had to be purchased from Gilmours Home Hardware which is located less than 5 minutes away. I already had a new 3 ft fluorescent bulb which I told the electrician to use. The original fixtures had to be removed from the ceilings.I was appalled when I received the invoice ($241.68+$31.42 tax =$273.11)I was charged 3 hours for labour plus recharged for the 3 ft fluorescent bulb as well as nickeled & dimed for screws, anchors, marrettes, connector.When I complained The receptionist said that she told me upfront that I would be charged for two electricians which was never mentioned. If I had known what they would charge to install the two fixtures I would never have hired Canadian Industrial Services.In my opinion this is not a Senior Friendly business, they overcharged, treated me rudely when I enquired as to why installing two simple fixtures required Two electricians, did not attempt to readjust the invoice & charged me for my own fluorescent bulb which they said they didn’t use but is missing.I would not recommend Canadian Industrial Services, Electrical Contractors, for any private home electrical service.

Owner has a massive temper/anger problem. I was an apprentice for him for about 6 months, he fired me for taking a spot in trade school (which is mandatory). Dishonest and most definitely not a man of his word. All the other employs are great.
