Dental Care for Children - Sunridge

The staff are super friendly and very helpful! They make you feel so welcome, calm and relaxed. Very informative about what your child needs done and they explain everything in detail. My daughter doesnt like the dentist very much but they made our visit easy. Thanks Dental Care for Children!

I was reading through some of the negative reviews post appointment and I was saddened to see a lot of them were about cost and billing. I did not notice a difference in price between offices, and found the insurance billing was quick and painless. Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a place solely off reviews. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. The office is really beautiful and the staff were so welcoming.

I have been going here for my children for years and up until recently I always loved this place. In the last 2 months they cancelled 2 appointments on me and rebooked them. Today I called in to cancel tomorrows appointment because my children woke up sick and they wouldn't let me rebook the appointments. You screen us at the door and tell us not to come in if we have symptoms and then I call in right when my kids show symptoms and you won't rebook them. Next time l will just bring my kids in sick. The reception staff has never been good. The dentists are good.

After some research, I decided to take my granddaughter here. She was very scared to have her teeth cleaned but all the staff made her feel at ease. They understand that children have fears, but know how to help them cope. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Took my daughter in for a checkup on Feb 6, 2023. I was in disbelief when the dental assistant told me my daughter had 16 cavities. Mind you, dental assistants don't act on their own accord.My husband took her to two other dentists for a second and even a third opinion. In both cases, they said that she only have five cavities; five as opposed to 16 cavities. The pediatric dentist that fixed my daughter's cavities was very good, and did not try to gouge us like Dental Care for Children at Sunridge did.It's obvious that Dental Care for Children at Sunridge cares not how much the children they treat may potentially be traumatized; milking families dry is what really matters to them. Isn't there a government body to investigate and penalize such unscrupulous businesses?If you are a decent parent, for your children's sake, please STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

The attention they put to education is what really sold me. My daughter now enjoys taking care of her teeth at home. It used to be a hassle. I think she understands how important her oral health is now.

Great at working with children. Regular dental offices have a hard time with my daughter who has a lot of energy and asks a lot of questions the whole staff at Dental Care for Children were taking and making her feel acknowledged. They really care.

My child is prone to panic attacks and can act out in stressful situations. They were surprised with the friendly decor and the smiling faces when we entered the office. Instantly put them at ease. Thankful for the staff who took care of us.

One of the worst customer service. In this clinic, instead of focusing on the treatment, their main focus is to make money, drain your insurance to the point that their bank accounts are full.We have 100% insurance still they charged us. Upon asking for the receipt, they can not give it to me. Their system" does not allow it. One employee says something else and the other one says something else. Not taking my child there anymore. I do NOT recommend anyone to take their child there."
