It was time to retire a knife I've had for many years so I reached out looking to purchase a couple options from the wusthof epicure line. My local store didn't have any in stock and was more than happy to brush me off and rush off the phone. I called the Kelowna store and got Lex. He was an absolute delight to work with. He looked through the other stores inventories and found 1 still in stock from Vancouver and had it shipped in within a couple of days. The costumer service was awesome! Thanks Lex!

Boxing day signs up saying 20% off whole store. Went in and hardly any knives were on sale. And the staff are ignorant know-it-alls. I'll buy my stuff online from the manufacturers now on! What a waste of time.

Went by to take a peek at a few knives, I described to Lex what I was looking for and he recommended a knife I never saw before that fit the bill. With cash in hand I picked up a knife, and I'm getting another ordered in.

I had an issue with stripped screws on a cheapish knife bought here years ago; I emailed and inquired about replacement screws, and they provided them at zero cost to me, no questions asked.Excellent service.

Service is good, selection of pocket knives is decent. Staff seem cool. A few guys that seem to really know their stuff. They let you take your time. I did however have one knife ruined by them while it was sharpened, I didn't notice right away so there's really no recourse for me, just out one knife. Seriously butchered the knife. It's a shame as it was it's first sharpening.

Good products, not good sharpening service. Brought my knife in to be sharpened, had to pay for 2 knives as it's a tanto, fine. What's not fine is how they completely ruined the grind on it and actually managed to make it duller somehow, not impressed. Never had an issue with the dozens of knives of purchased from there and sharpened myself.

I was looking for a knife for my fire/rescue bag. The guy working there started to follow me whilst I was looking at the glass cases, and when I see him following me I said hello, he just ignored me and continued following me in the store. Staring me down. Ill be sure to let the other first responders know not to come here. That is no way to treat a customer, do better.

My Fiance bought me a knive from that store yesterday. Really nice pocket knive. At home we explored that the blade has some defect... Went back today and showed it to the sales guys. Verry poor service, no interest on our complain, no help at all and told us we have to go to the manufactorer.. Nothing they could or want to do. Thats on a 250 dollar knive. Never ever again going back ther, sales guys are arrogant know it all and not interested in helping after sale is done.... Never again!!!

I am unbelievably disapointed.I went in specifically to buy Japanese knives.I was lead to believe that a certain section were Japanese knives" trully the steel comes from Japan and the knives are made in China.Which is a huge disapointement
