Calgary Mattress Company

I am disappointed because the mattress sunk from one place within just 10 days of purchase. I was told that the mattress is for adults and that people like me can easily sleep on it. As a reminder, the mattress was used just by me as I live by myself. The mattress they said comes with a one year warranty and am extremely disappointed with the way it underperformed on the 10th day itself.I called Mohammed up on 09/18 and let him know that the mattress has unusually sunk (gone in, compressed) from one certain place. He came to see the mattress on Thursday, 09/22 and said he would speak to the company that manufactures and come back to me.When I called him the next week on 09/26, he was extremely rude to me saying that I need to contact the manufacturing company. I called the manufacturer but they seem to pass on the buck to Mohammed and Calgary Mattress Company.Both Calgary Mattress Company and the Manufacturer have poor customer service where the representatives do not nothing to resolve. Extremely rude! Do not buy! The product will not perform!

Best mattress store in Calgary. Really impressed with their customer service. They are very efficient and quick in their delivery process. Got the best price and same day delivery twice from them.

These guys are world class. I was in a crunch and needed a bed ASAP. They kept the store open after hours for me to come try out mattresses, were super helpful in the process then delivered it an hour later. I was a little skeptical at first but they calmed any nerves and answered every question I had. There’s a reason they have nothing but 5 star reviews. Thanks again!
