After another company was more interested in signing us up for a loyalty plan than fixing our no-heat problem, we called Reliable. They came out the same day, inspected our furnace and gave us the bad news that it was kaput. From sales to service this is hands down one of the best companies we've dealt with. They were punctual, friendly, clean, professional and treated us like gold. We'll be dealing with them again to replace our aging AC unit. Thanks to Mark, Terry, Kyle & Steven for making our lives easier and saving our Christmas.

Reliable Heating and Air Conditioning LTD
This morning I had an appointment for 8am and the 2 service guys(Ernie and yes Ernie) were on time. They went above and beyond taking care of my installation and servicing. Everything was professionally installed and was left clean and tidy. I had the new AC unit installed in the bedroom and the guys even went to the trouble of helping me lift the King size bed and put it back in its place.2 personable guys who did a great job and care about what they do. Thanks so much Reliable.

We have been using Reliable for at least a decade now and have always been well taken care of. Just recently had a new furnace put in and the team from start to finish were awesome. The 2 techs, Kyle & Dillon, who installed the new furnace were friendly and entertaining. My little 3 year old talked their ears off and they interacted back which was really nice to see. Always happy with the service we receive from Reliable!

Had new furnace installed yesterday and have nothing but great things to say about reliable! From Terry giving me a quote to the technicians installing the furnace, my experience was a positive one. Professional and knowledgeable workers. They treated my house like their own…. Everything cleaned and old furnace removed!!I love my new furnace…. Reliable was... not reliable. They weren't 24 hrs this morning as I called at 2am because our furnace quit working. I left a voicemail. Called around to a few other companies and got someone out within the hour. They finally wrapped up around 4am. Reliable called back after 6am and woke me up. Seeing great reviews so I'm sure when you get a hold of them they're great, just may need to look elsewhere for true 24 hrs service.

When our on warranty ac unit stopped working, on a hot summer day, they were quick to arrive, diagnose and fix the issue. The tech was very thorough in ensuring our system was working optimally. Great service.

Reliable installed a furnace and air conditioner for us. The service provided was very professional and accommodating. The sales person (Wayne) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Installation was fast and smooth. The owner (Clint) was available to stop by and answer our questions and concerns. Reliable also installed a dehumidifier for us shortly after. The salesperson (Terry) was very knowledgeable and helpful with selecting the unit that would serve the best purpose. Again, the installation service was professional, quick and smooth. We were very happy with their service and would recommend them.

Had a complete central air system retrofitted and could NOT be happier. It was a long process due to gas permitting with MB Hydro but Terry was fabulous to work with. All the team members I interacted with worked fast and were friendly. Looking forward to many years with comfy temperatures indoors.
