I currently shopped at this store and Young helped me get some products. She was very friendly and professional. Also, she recommended products based on my concerns. I will definitely shop there again!!!

The best Kiehl’s store I have ever been to, best shopping experience ever! When I arrived there, Jessica greeted me at the door and did the skin consultation. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, patiently explained the ingredients and recommended toner, eye cream and face serum according to my skin type. Besides that, she also taught me some skin care tips that I can use in my daily skin care routine. I really like the products she recommended and definitely will go back for her!

I had a great experience here, I was helped by Young, who provided excellent customer service. I am not has knowledgeable about skin care, so it very helpful to have her explain the products. I purchased the ultra facial moisturizer and toner. As well as cannabis sativa seed herbal cleanser as per her recommendations!

I went to Kiehsl cause I had dry skin and young one of the DC KCRs there helped me out she was so nice and very patient with my questions. I got the ultra facial cream and the cucumber herbal toner and cleanser I have dry sensitive skin

On July 9 2021 I was assisted by an employee not wearing a lab coat - but rather a much too short dress (who I found out was the manager Lorissa) upon walking in and it seemed great, but when she realized I was only purchasing one item her attitude towards me changed and she rolled her eyes when I said I was not looking for more. She passed me onto another employee closer to the tills to ring me through - much kinder young woman with amber hair who offered me samples and asked if I had found everything I was looking for ..This was rude behaviour and unacceptable from the manager seeing as any time I have been to Market Mall the employees walk me to the register and assist me with samples after speaking to me... This was the first and last time I will be shopping at Chinook Centre. I felt disrespected and not valued as a customer.Disgusting to be treated this way by a manager . I will never shop here again because of her.

I always love shopping at Kiehl’s Chinook. Vicky always attends to my skincare needs. She is very knowledgeable about which product each specific skin type needs. She is always warm and friendly, too.

i love their products! and the store. the layout is almost always similar to every store anywhere you go, with straight forward presentation and convenient sampling tables alongside a sink and ready to use toiletries. very generous distribution of hand sanitizers around the store as well. the staff here are always friendly; knowledgeable; and funny to deal with. joanne is my most favorite skin care adviser. she really knows the products she’s selling and gives advices and instructions on how to use them properly. i highly recommend doing consultations with her.

Was in this past Saturday and spoke with Alicia. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable about the products I was asking about! They even recently received their holiday gift boxes which had the exact products I wanted at an amazing price :) After all of it, she even helped write out an 'order of use' list so I apply my new products properly. Thanks girl, appreciate it!

Fatima helped me out today and she was absolutely incredible! She didn't pressure me to buy anything despite her spending so much time with me! I am most definitely coming back! The products are incredible, the calendula line works better for my rosacea than products that are advertised for it

When I came here yesterday, Vicky was very kind to me. You can see how well her skin is taken care of, and you can feel her warmth and smile despite wearing a mask. Let me very happy to buy their own products! Thank her!
