So I've shopped at city furniture a few times over the years. And each time has been a pleasant experience. This past time was no different. We chatted openly about what I wanted and in the end I got exactly what I was looking for. On top of that, they made exception and delivered my furniture first thing the next day. And set it up. Everything worked out . Definitely a thumbs up.

City Furniture is great to deal with. They kept the appliances that we purchased until we we ready for them. We were doing renovations at the time we purchased them. The delivery guys were very careful when bringing them in to our home. Great service all the way around.

I was gifted a chair, and it was delivered by 2 great guys, but, a couple days later, i had to return it, it was to big for me. The young lady helped me get the chair i needed with just a small amout more..Thank you CF for being so kind and helping in this matter..I will be buying from them again, and CF are lucky to have the delivery guys they do..they rock!..

Absolutely amazing service and prices! We came into the store to buy a couch for our apartment that we just moved in to. The salesman was super helpful and not at all pushy. He helped us find a couch my partner and I both love. Side note: it’s massive. So we got it delivered, super cheap, and they bring it right into your house/apartment and assemble it for you. The delivery guys were really nice and did a bunch of measurements of the couch and the doorways (felt very organized and professional) and got it in perfectly without any damage to the couch or building (massive couch=very impressive). All in all, we will probably go back for side tables, decor, and any other furniture we will ever need. Definitely recommend at least going in if you are looking for any furniture. Super affordable, super great service. 10/10

From purchase to invoice and delivery was a very enjoyable experience! The delivery guys were friendly, considerate by removing footwear and removing appliance packaging etc. Most of our appliances have been purchased from City Furniture. Job well done by all!!

Absolutely wonderful experience with the purchase of my recliners. Salesperson Jada, was extremely friendly and listened to my needs. She found me just the right comfortable, chair that suited my short legs.Upon the delivery (which arrived exactly when they said it would) the gentlemen where courteous and swift. They placed the items exactly where I wanted them and took away the packaging.I was more than impressed with this transaction from the moment I walked into the store to final delivery process.I wont hesitate to shop here again an again.

The best! Jade was great and helped us pick the perfect sectional for our space. She went above and beyond to get it to us ahead of schedule! We came across a small issue with it after delivery and Rod immediately started working on getting it fixed for us! Couldn’t ask for better customer service!
