My husband knew the Robertson system so he went in prepared with a list. Staff were INCREDIBLY KNOWLEDGEABLE. Staff were all friendly/polite. Price cannot be beat... I mean electrical is an expensive thing but Robertson can and will adjust to undercut competitors

One person on counter with line up...call order in they are in no rush. Gave the guy the fuse I needed..hands me a pack...right rating wrong size...guess I gotta open things up at the counter because it was the right rating but wrong size....my fault for thinking I would get the same size I handed the guy...worst..going to city Electric from now on...

Ordered 10 basic timer replacement knobs two weeks ago and was told they would call me once they arrived. Two weeks later no call so stopped in and nothing ordered. They said they would order now and call me again but now a non believer. Many better electoral suppliers in Barrie with real customer service.
