Several visits and wrong order every time. The cauliflower thai mango doesn't exist. Very clearly asked in both languages to keep onions out but both orders had them. Don't ask for anything out of the ordinary.

Really disappointed in this place. We had ordered 4 meals and none had enough meat or veggies when I also asked for extra mushrooms. I kept telling myself I'll give them another chance with the short staff and pandemic but this restaurant really needs to restructure or close up! The given stars goes only to the staff who are friendly and welcoming.

The people that work here don't pay attention. We ordered to eat in and they packed it to go. We ordered spicey with the rice mixed in. We got no spice and the rice not mixed in. They are not pleasant people.

Terrible service, the restaurant seems close to be out of business. The cashier barely spoke English/French, the other employees could not even communicatte or attend instructions.The food portions seems out of the child's menú. The restaurant is poorly maintained and the restrooms, just to nasty to show the picture out here. Never coming back.

I’ve ordered multiple times from this location through Uber eats and every single order was wrong. Then when requesting a refund for an item I never received Uber said this restaurant is illegible for refunds. Meanwhile on the bill the employee wrote they did not have the item and to request a refund. When talking to the store I was also given a hard time and told I could only go there and get the refund. I will never be ordering from this Thai express again. Worst food and customer service I have ever received.

I really like the new location. I love the new drink machine. The food here, somehow tastes better then other locations I have eaten at. They now feature real bowls if you are dinning in. The flimsy paper plates they had before are gone. I had my Pad Sew flop onto the floor once because of it. The shorter counter is creating havoc at peak times. People have nowhere to stand and crowd the register. They need to call out the numbers on the receipts when the food is ready but only blurt out the dish instead. It can be very confusing.

Charged 11.88 for the 10.88 special. Refused to refund or admit was wrong. Blamed it's what the system charged. Did not get anything extra. Imperial roll. When demanded refund, told us not to come back after. Will not be scammed by a restaurant when she holds up a piece of paper saying it should be 10.88.Edit* Btw, went to another Thai express and was charged the correct amount and was happy to serve us, the same day.Waiting to hear back from someome at the website customer service. They did apologize and are suppose to reach back out to me, but havnt heard anything since over a week. Not looking for anything, other than an explanation as to why they openly try to to overcharge. It's one thing to not participate"

Today I ordered 4 different items. I understand an error, however they messed up all 4 orders. We called to have it fixed or refunded. They told us to bring it back to them on our dime. This location is poorly managed and they were rude. When ordering we were very specific and even repeated our order as well as specified we understand we will pay for the extras...which we did!! But the extras were nowhere to be found. Very bad experience and will not likely give business to this location again.

This place opens at weird hours. Finally got something when they were open, but the order was tremendously slow, not “express “ at all. The soup was not as what I expected, I think I wanted something like Vietnamese Pho soup, theirs was not close to that. The general Tao beef was alright. The daily special menu wasn’t available because they were short of the ingredients. Our order took more than 10-minutes.

Cashier never offered fountain drinks and insisted we get bottled drinks (obviously more expensive). We also paid extra for extra chicken and instead got a bit of both. Very disappointing, never coming back here
