I will give this a 5 star because they have a lot of clothes choices and although they are new, i love it because they are thrifty. If you like styles and outfits, go here. It's just that the prices are expensive. $10.99 plus tax for pants or shirts. I hope they lower a bit so i can buy more.

Pathetic customer service. Everyone has their own way of shopping and since due to covid guidelines you’re not allowed to shop around by yourself, you can only ask the employees for the product you’re looking for. And the amazing thing is the employee does not welcome you at all and rather gets annoyed real fast. The store expects you to come in, pick up your product, and leave right away. It doesn’t matter to them whether you are spending your hard earned money and so you will most likely take some time looking for the right product. All they care about is that you give them the money, pick up the product and be out in five seconds.

Awful customer service. Return policy is a joke. They only exchange within 7 days. Sizing on garments is not correct so you have to exchange. When you return todo this, they make you feel like you made the mistake and you’re a picky customer! Will never return to this awful place. Prices are no cheaper than regular high street stores. Infact, you can get better and cheaper elsewhere. Dont waste your time and money here. Shop somewhere else.

they put up a sign saying a sweater was 12.99, they charged me 15.99. bad customer service as well.

Awful customer service!!.A customer service can make a great impact on a company. With good customer service you can gain many customers and similarly with bad customer service you can lose many customers. From my interaction they are definitely losing not just one customer but I will be recommending my friends and family to not go to this location because nobody deserves to have a bad day. And at this store you will most likely end up having an awful rest of the day. Credit goes to the employee they have at the front to deal with customers. He has no manners and no experience or teaching about a GOOD RESPECTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’m not even surprise looking at the reviews of this store because I totally 100% agree with the reviews about customer service. I was there to witness the interaction between a customer and this employee and I would not wanna be put in that situation. The employee was not welcoming the minute they and I walked in.

Site is down, cant wait for it to be back up so i can get the hoodie u forgot to send in my order, instead got a pants to large so gave em to friends. The good prices allow me to do that
